She has undertaken vast amounts of training, covering all areas of holistic therapies, in conjunction with not only surviving, but thriving, all nature of challenges across her personal life and her career. During these years she has gained huge amounts of wisdom and enlightenment that she loves to share. She refers to the previous lessons of Acceptance and Perspective and the examples she has provided to demonstrate what can be achieved when you channel your energy positively rather than allow it to be siphoned away from you.
