Hello and welcome to my short talk about getting you motivated for today.
So welcome wake up and stretch and yes welcome to the day ahead.
What do I want to say?
I want to say for me to you is to wake up with a positive mind to set the intention for the day and to be in the moment.
I'm hoping as you're listening to this you have had a great night's sleep however even if you've not had the best night's sleep I would like you to have that mindset of gratitude and appreciation for the fact that you have been able to rest you've had some time out from all the busy life that we all lead and all the tech and all that stuff that's going on so you are waking up you are appreciating you are grateful for being in a bed that supported you and now that you've had that level of appreciation and gratitude whether you are still slumbering or whether you were already out of bed you hey if you are I have to say I quite like that slumbering wake up it's very meditative for me I like to feel my thoughts processing and feel that gratitude I love seeing the light coming in through the window and I love welcoming another fresh day in.
The next trick is to set that intention for the day to think positively about all that is ahead all that might be coming your way all that you might be experiencing whatever it is it's all down to you how you think how you act how you behave how you start the day is what you are going to attract in I don't know about you but I know that I like to kick-start the day and I like to make the most out of my day so it's all about having that positive mindset so whatever it is that's going on because when we have the challenges there's the learning there setting your brain accordingly so getting up appreciating the night sleep that you've had setting that intention today is a wonderful day it's not today is going to be a wonderful day it's today is a wonderful day you're going to meet great people you're going to speak to great people you're going to whatever it is that you do even if you're stopping at home whatever it is that you are doing there will be positive stuff if you've got the chance to do exercise meditation journaling bit of yoga whatever if you can do that first thing in the morning that is brilliant at the time of recording this I just wanted to get up and get on this morning but yesterday I went out for a run with my partner for a trail run really was wonderful beautiful blue skies not that it is all the time in the UK quite often it's grey and dreary and rainy however when it is you know you can do things inside that are different we'll often do other things you know exercises we've got turbo machines we've got bikes that we can use so there's always something that we can do if we look for other options it's filling your head is filling your mind it's filling your body with the good stuff I'm actually going to record a short course on all of this to go into everything in a bit more detail but this is just a quick blast for you first thing in the morning so yeah get it set that intention have that mindset of appreciation and gratitude for the sleep that you've had and the day ahead set that intention today is a wonderful day enjoy embrace it whatever is thrust at you just look for the positives get some exercise and some meditation in some breathing I'm in the middle of creating a course on having a good night's sleep because that is so important and there's so many component parts around that as well so that's something else to look out for I've got so much to record it's great I'm excited and I would also encourage you to kick-start the day with a great big mug of hot water lemon ginger and apple cider vinegar because that really cleans your system out and gets you started so have a wonderful day fill your body with some energy and some high vibes and I've kept this down a little bit but actually I'm always raring to go I'm really excited about stuff just try to tone it down a bit because I've had some feedback on my courses that are a little bit overly enthusiastic and a little bit loud for a meditation teacher but I do think that you know teachers come in all shapes and all guises so we are who we are and I am who I am however enjoy have a great day ahead and let me know your thoughts in the comments and if you'd like to give me a follow that would be absolutely awesome because I always appreciate a follow and if you'd like to find out more about me please do head over to the profile section where you'll find a little bit more about me take care everyone and have a wonderful day week month year etc it's all down to you take care lots of love from me Sarah goodbye
