In lesson two you will learn how important it is to let go, to surrender, and to go with the flow and work with quantum energy, once you've acknowledged the signs indicating that you need to do so in lesson one. And to understand that everything is working out wonderfully even when it might not feel like that is the case.

Lesson 3

Trusting The Process

Following on from lessons one and two, this lesson is very much about trusting the process. Truly believing that everything is working out wonderfully when you let go, surrender, and fall into flow with the natural energies at play - the quantum realm, and in doing so you can live a far healthier and happier life when you're not constantly putting pressure upon yourself and trying to control outcomes in a way of your choosing.

Lesson 4

Finding Happiness In The Now

This course completes with a lesson on finding happiness in the present moment. In acknowledging that whilst we can learn from past experiences and plan for the future we only ever have the present time and all decisions that we make and how we live is always in that moment. And the energy of that moment will always be different from the time before. The happiness therefore is found in letting go, flowing, removing pressure, and enjoying the present.

POWERFUL! WOW! This course has REMINDED me that Letting Go, Surrendering and Living in the Now is so much easier than harping and hangin onto the past. Living in the NOW; allows us to enjoy the things that are taking place.

Love the energy & overall message but it sounded more like a podcast than an actual course (which is to to teach). Also, I would recommend slowing the rate of speech down. It is very fast and high energy which is great normally but many people do these courses at night when they have a minute to slow down, quiet their mind to take in more info like this. So a softer & slower voice would really help those that are trying to relax and learn. I give this honest feedback/my opinion with love in the hopes of having author consider this for future recordings. I am not trying to be rude 🙏🏼
