Finally, you’ll drop into your body with a gentle scan, naming sensations without judgment to deepen your connection with yourself. This process builds the foundation for nervous system regulation and lasting inner safety.

You Are Safe To Be Felt
In this class, you will combine the grounding power of box breathing with the healing practice of self-touch to regulate your nervous system and rebuild trust with your body. You’ll start with slow, intentional 4-4-4-4 breaths to create calm, presence, and emotional stability. Then, you’ll explore gentle, non-sexual touch from head to toe, softening your belly, your breath, and any armour you’ve been holding. This practice helps you feel safe in your own skin, release shame, and anchor the truth that your body is yours to inhabit and care for, fully and freely.

Elemental Awakening: Feel The Earth, Breathe The Divine
In this class, you will reconnect with your body through the healing power of nature and the elements. You’ll begin with alternate nostril breathing to balance your energy, calm your mind, and ground yourself in presence. Then, you’ll awaken your senses by feeling sunlight, wind, earth, or water fully, letting each element remind you of your connection to the natural world. Whether outdoors with bare feet on the ground or indoors in mindful contact with water, you’ll restore the sense that your body is part of the Earth—and that coming home to yourself is your natural state.

Day 4 guides you into the energy system behind your thoughts, habits, and physical responses. You learn how each chakra stores emotion, memory, and unmet needs, and how blocks show up as tension, fatigue, illness, or emotional swings. You scan your body from the root to the crown, notice where energy feels tight or loud, and let your awareness bring clarity. You get practical prompts to check in with safety, pleasure, power, love, truth, intuition, and connection. You finish the day with a simple practice that strengthens your ability to read your body’s signals, build self-trust, and reconnect with your inner guidance.

Day 5 brings you back into your body through breath and movement, so you break stagnancy and build natural energy. You activate heat with a one-minute round of Breath of Fire, which boosts oxygen, clears fog, and wakes up your power. You follow with twenty squats to ground your legs, open your hips, and strengthen your presence. You use this practice to shift from overthinking to action and reconnect with aliveness. You finish the day with a simple activation you can repeat whenever you feel flat or disconnected.

Day 6 teaches you to stop outsourcing your wisdom and listen to your body’s message in real time.
