Welcome to your best day yet.

I invite you to birth a completely new version of you.

And if you haven't done so already,

Sitting on a comfortable position with your back straight up,

Close your eyes.

Taking a big breath into your belly and chest,

Expand and release.

We will be breathing in and out through the nose,

Expanding the belly and chest for the count of 4.

When you're ready,

Breathing in,

2,

1,

Out,

3,

2,

1,

Breathing in,

3,

2,

1,

Exhale,

3,

2,

1,

Keeping count and begin the journey through your body.

And wherever your thoughts are,

Let them be.

Acknowledge where your attention is resting and coming back to the breath.

Can you feel the touch of your clothes on your skin?

What sensations do you feel?

It becomes lessaminuous,

It becomes less And acknowledge with no judgment all parts of you.

And know all parts of you.

And when you're ready,

Coming back to your natural normal breath.

To wiggle your fingers and toes,

Notice the room that you're in and gently,

Gently opening your eyes and welcome this brand new day.
