Welcome to your InBody clarity and confidence guided meditation.
I'm Lahaina and I'll be your guide today.
Close your eyes.
Sitting with your sit bones heavy on the floor or the chair.
Your spine is straight up.
And I invite you with your eyes closed to touch your face.
Maybe your eyebrows,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your lips.
Maybe going down your neck,
Shoulders and chest.
You might be caressing or cuddling your skin,
Making friends with yourself.
Acknowledging your very existence in this moment,
In this physical body.
Hanging your hands down.
Feel your physical body and stillness.
If your mind is going places,
I don't even want to be here,
I don't want to do this,
This is silly.
Let your thoughts come and go.
You don't have to control them.
Let's invite a source of light,
Bright energy coming from the center of earth.
Coming up,
Up,
Up until it finds you in your root chakra,
In your pelvic floor and your sit bones.
Inviting this bright white light to move the energy in your body from your root chakra up,
From the bottom of your belly to your belly button.
Coming up to your heart center,
Allowing your heart to open and breathe.
Up to your throat,
Allowing your voice to be heard.
Up to your forehead and all the way to your crown chakra.
And this white bright light goes up into the sky,
Nurturing and connecting your chakras and your energetic field.
Feel your energetic field expand.
Feel the wisdom of your ancient soul,
The wisdom of your cells and your body,
The wisdom of your spirit.
Energizing throughout your body and knowing that you are your own healer.
Deep breath into your belly.
And exhale,
Allowing your body to welcome this embodiment of clarity and confidence.
Knowing that when you walk into a room,
You can make friends with ease and fun.
When you have a meeting or an interview,
You can show up as yourself and know that there's nothing wrong you can do.
Knowing that when you have a date with your lover or a new person,
You can be yourself and laugh and have fun without hiding,
Without worrying.
Knowing that you are perfectly beautiful just as you are.
And knowing that the answers are within.
Breathing into your belly,
Confidence and power and wisdom.
And exhale any judgment,
Fear and shame.
Breathing in clarity,
Confidence and direction.
Breathing out any worry,
Tension and judgment.
Knowing that your body is your sacred home.
And you can come back to this meditation at any time that you feel you need some guidance and support.
We acknowledge you for making the time for yourself.
Sitting stillness and allowing your body to speak.
Another deep breath into your belly.
And when you're ready,
You can start to move your fingers,
Your hands,
Maybe your arms stretching up to the sky.
Open up your heart to be seen and loved and adored.
Moving your body from side to side,
Wiggle your feet and your legs.
And when you're ready,
Putting a big smile on your face and coming back to your room.
