Welcome to your Womb Wisdom guided meditation.
I'm Lahaina and I'm your guide today.
When you're ready,
Sitting up straight or laying down,
Close your eyes.
Taking one deep breath in from your head to your heart to your womb.
Exhale from the womb to your heart through your head.
Big inhale through your head,
Your heart and your womb.
Exhale from the womb through the heart through your head.
Today we'll be focusing on the energetics of our womb space.
In the waters which have brought us here into this life,
Into this world.
The space in your body where you hold wisdom,
Emotions like grief and trauma and deep,
Deep love.
This is a very powerful energetic center and we'll be releasing and cleansing.
With the intention to release any emotions that no longer serves you.
And we'll be connecting to this area with compassion,
Love and support.
Breathing in deeply.
And exhale,
Allowing your body to relax,
Any tension to melt away.
Loosen up your jaw as the jaw is connected to our hip bones.
And when you're ready,
Putting your hands on your womb in a shape of a diamond,
Put your thumbs up together and your indicators down together.
Focusing all your awareness in your womb area.
Your womb has its own divine energy and it is the portal to experience oneness between the divine masculine and the divine feminine.
This is your center of power and creativity.
From your womb space,
You can embody your most authentic self and birth your true desires into being.
Let me guide you on this beautiful journey of self discovery and self love.
And notice how that space feels right now.
Witness your womb area.
Explore and discover all the hidden spaces.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
Is there anyone there?
And you might experience colors,
Words,
Sounds,
Any messages,
Tears,
Or even nothing at all.
That's completely fine.
Connecting with your womb space and ask,
What does it need right now?
What does it need to be loved and seen and feel safe?
Allow your breath to help you.
Allow your heart to guide you.
And know that you are safe.
You're safe to feel and you're safe to release.
Breathing in and out.
I invite you to speak to your womb and say,
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
And I love you.
Give yourself the space to be here and now,
To be present.
To alchemize and transmute any energies coming through your womb.
Moving through your heart.
Feel your heart expanding its beautiful light.
And feel all of it being released right now.
Finding a light of unconditional love to fill you up from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Permeating each one of yourselves.
And flowing all the way out like a waterfall.
Filling up the room that you're in.
Your house.
Your city.
Your country.
Your entire world.
Breathing in.
And gently,
Gently coming back to your body,
To your present moment.
Feeling your hands and toes.
