Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for confidence and overcoming any fear of judgment.
When you're ready,
Making your way to either seated position or laying down,
Very comfortable.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes,
Scanning your body from the top of your head to your eyes.
Relax your mouth and your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your chest and your hips,
Your arms and hands.
Relax your legs.
Taking a deep breath in to your body,
Expand your chest and your belly and exhale everything out.
Once again,
In and out.
Feeling any body sensations,
Any tingling,
Any heat,
Knowing that you are safe now.
Knowing that from this day on,
You can always find the power in your own confidence within yourself.
Your confidence in your abilities,
Your self-belief,
It becomes stronger and stronger.
Stronger than yesterday,
But not as strong as tomorrow.
From now on,
More and more,
You'll find yourself less concerned about other people's opinions of you.
You'll begin to recognize and understand day by day that whatever other people think of you is their own perception.
You know in the past you might have been unfairly judged,
As we all have at some point in time,
But that doesn't actually mean anything about you.
It doesn't change the real you,
Because you know yourself.
You know what's inside.
You know your integrity.
You know who you are.
What others imagine they see or think or feel about you is simply the product of their own experiences in life and their own fears and expectations.
It has nothing to do with you.
You choose to ignore anything that people think or say about you,
Because it doesn't mean anything.
And you know you have a free choice to decide which things you ignore,
What you act upon,
What do you react to.
And the things that you choose to ignore would always remain a matter of complete indifference.
Starting in this very moment,
You're building the relationship and the belief in yourself,
Because you know yourself.
You are aware of who you are.
You are a person of intelligence,
Creativity,
Strength,
Confidence,
And success.
You know what you like.
You know what you need.
And you know what you want.
You take action moving towards your desires,
Because you know you are worthy of everything that you ever wished for.
You have the confidence and the ability to take on any task.
You believe in yourself,
And you know being positive gives you the confidence that you need to achieve anything that you imagine yourself having,
Being,
Or doing.
When you try something new,
The first thing that comes to mind is,
I can do this.
And you know that what's possible in your mind,
Your mind can achieve.
And just because you haven't done something before,
Or you haven't used a particular skill in a while,
It doesn't stop you.
And just because you may not know how to do something,
It doesn't stop you,
Because you know that doing new things is fun.
You realize that doing things you haven't done before is how you grow as a person.
You are open-minded.
You move ahead with confidence.
You feel in harmony with yourself and the universe.
Because your beliefs,
Your values,
Your wants and needs are right for you.
Others' expectations and needs are not so important to you.
It's their responsibility,
Not yours.
Because from this moment on,
You exercise your right to be you.
From this moment on,
You automatically maintain your sense of self,
Your awareness of what you believe and what you want.
You find that you easily stay in the present.
You pay attention to what you want and how you feel in that very moment.
And you automatically maintain your personal space,
Your boundaries,
And you separate from others' energies.
You are confident because you know you're worthy.
And you manage your life confidently and with ease.
You now have a freedom that you've never experienced before.
You are in full control of your desires.
You now have a freedom that you've never experienced before and are in full control of your desires.
And when you're ready,
You can start breathing a little bit deeper into your belly and your chest.
Coming back to your body,
Back to the room that you're in.
Feeling the air in your face.
Feeling confident to take on your life.
And know that you can come back to this meditation at any time.
