Clarifying The Change You Want
The first step for any transformation is the motivation behind it: the WHY. In this lesson we think about what motivates us to make the change and then we write the ANCHOR INTENTION to always refer back to.
Lezione 2
Understanding What Holds You Back
In this lesson, we think of past times when we tried to activate a change but were unable to apply the transformation successfully, whether we couldn't take a step, or we did but then we returned to our unchanged selves. We think of what the roadblocks were then, so we can do things differently this time.
Lezione 3
Designing Aligned Steps
In this lesson, we create the structure of our transformation, so we take one step at a time instead of trying to do it all at once. Each step is made of 2 parts:
1. A small step towards the change itself.
2. An action that supports or accommodates that step or keeps us accountable to take it.
Lezione 4
Embody And Celebrate Your New Way Of Being
This lesson is meant to be listened to after or during the first step of the transformation, not after having taken all the steps. It's a reminder to celebrate and acknowledge every small achievement, every milestone.
