Welcome to this meditation to do during your ovulation.
You can do this meditation towards the end of your follicular phase,
When you're still feeling highly energetic,
Light and productive.
This is right around the middle of your cycle.
At this time,
There is a concoction of hormones going on in your body that might be giving you the height of energy,
Causing you to feel more outgoing and feel good with yourself.
Everybody is different,
So see how your specific body reacts to ovulation.
However,
Some common characteristics of this short period of time in your cycle are feeling invincible,
Daring,
Flirtatious.
Allow yourself to enjoy this energy.
I invite you to sit or lay down however is most comfortable for you.
Close your eyes,
Breathe in and out deeply and slowly at your own pace to center yourself.
Find some stillness in the midst of this energy burst.
Place your hands on your womb,
Fertile and full of possibilities,
Physically and metaphorically.
Feel and see with your mind's eye an explosive vibrance,
Life and light that emanates from your womb.
You have within you,
Right now,
The force of creation.
Picture this light,
This force,
That begins in your womb and shines like a star,
Outwards,
Warming and lighting everything and everyone around you.
You are a walking sun.
Take a deep breath and imagine yourself in a garden in full bloom.
Colors,
Scents and sounds surround you,
Alive,
Vibrant,
Magnetic.
This is your time to open and express.
See yourself walking among the flowers,
Each one a reflection of your gifts and your confidence.
Notice how effortlessly you attract what aligns with your energy,
People,
Opportunities and experiences that mirror your natural radiance.
Let your heart expand,
Your voice flow freely,
Your presence fill the space.
If you'd like,
You can repeat to yourself,
Or out loud,
Or just listen to the following affirmations I shine with authenticity and love.
I trust my natural rhythm.
My presence is magnetic.
I attract what is aligned with my truth.
Now focus your attention on a single thing you want to accomplish during these days.
It can be in any area of life.
It can be an emotion,
A specific goal,
A task or an activity.
Now imagine yourself having accomplished it already.
Don't focus on the steps you took,
But already on the accomplishment of it.
You did it exactly as you wanted.
In fact,
You exceeded your expectations.
How do you feel?
Keep this feeling,
This confidence in your womb and come back to your present body,
Resting.
Picture still with your eyes closed the space around you.
Breathe in and out slowly,
Full of intention.
Open your eyes slowly to get back to your invincible,
Daring and energetic self.
