If you have pain that is not allowing you to even touch these points.
Simply release the fingers from the palm.
The skin,
Allowing them to be just above the surface of the skin,
And you will still receive the benefit that you need to.
If your fingers can go onto the skin area.
Now we're going to add a gentle deep massage.
So find the pressure that feels right for you.
And then relax the shoulders.
Close the eyes.
And breathe.
Slow breathe in.
A gentle breath out.

To soften.

Breathing in and out.
