Please find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down and in a position where the spine can be straight.

Once you are comfortable you can relax into closing your eyes,

Taking a deep breath and just exhaling out whatever has been in your thoughts recently.

Just let go of any other focus except the focus of being present with yourself right now.

Allow the body to relax down,

Allow the muscles to relax out.

Let the nervous system be calm and if there's any tension just breathe into those areas and breathe through that tension.

Just give your body a little bit extra sense of comfort.

I breathe calm into my body and mind.

I breathe calm and now exhale and let that go.
