Hello beautiful souls,
And welcome to today.
Welcome to today's beautiful meditation.
Allow this meditation to move you into a powerful,
Magical,
And gratitude-filled day.
When you are ready,
Start to close down your gorgeous eyes,
And let's start our morning meditation together in love,
In light,
In gratitude,
And productivity.
So with your eyes closed,
Start to come into your own sense of self.
Come into your own sense of beingness,
And allow that energy to just move into your body,
Just starting to close down the external world,
And come into your connection to yourself.
Come into your connection with spirit.
Come into your connection with your higher sense of being.
Breathe this energy in,
And breathe this energy out.
Give yourself the permission now to take this time first thing in the morning for yourself,
Before you awaken into the external world,
Reminding yourself of your intention,
The feelings that you want to feel,
And your connection to all that is.
Breathe this in,
And breathe this out.
And allow your breath to bring you into a deeper state of meditation.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
Breathing in,
And breathing out.
And just start to set your intention for the day.
What do you intend to feel?
What do you intend to accomplish?
What do you intend to receive?
What is your intention for today?
And allowing that intention to move into every atom,
Every molecule,
Every cell of your being.
And just start to call on your team of spiritual guides,
Whoever and whatever that is for you.
Maybe it's God,
Krishna,
Buddha,
Saints,
Angels,
Future self,
Higher self,
Extra terrestrials,
Animal totems.
Feel into your own guidance system,
Ancestors,
And invite them into your meditation now,
And invite them into your day to guide every step that you take,
Every feeling you want to feel,
Every move,
Every thought,
Feeling loved,
Feeling supported,
Feeling guided.
And bring your awareness now to three things that you are grateful for,
And reflect on that which you are grateful for,
Stating it inside of your heart,
And feeling this gratitude throughout your whole body,
And notice how it feels to be in this state of gratitude.
Feeling a grateful heart,
And moving into how you desire to feel today.
What do you desire to feel?
Is it joy?
Love?
Productive?
Grounded?
Bring into your awareness how you want to feel today,
And allow that feeling to pour into every atom,
Every molecule,
Every cell of your being.
Bringing into your mind's eye a memory of when you have felt that emotion,
That feeling,
And allow that feeling of that memory to move through your whole being today,
So that you can feel the vibration of this feeling,
Feeling it before you receive.
And finally,
Bringing gratitude,
Healing,
Love to every inch of your physical body,
Your mental body,
Your spiritual body,
Your soul.
And start to awaken into this day by bringing your awareness to your body,
Grounding you into this day,
And feeling this energy starting from the crown of your head,
Opening up through your crown to your connection to the non-physical,
To the spirit guides.
And bringing your awareness to the crown of your head,
Maybe touching your actual body if that feels good to you,
Or simply just feeling in and bringing your awareness and your energy to that part of your body.
And feeling into your head,
Calming and erasing thoughts,
Slowing any monkey mind,
Coming into the breath,
Having gratitude for your mind,
Your thoughts,
Your intellect.
And bringing your awareness down through your eyes,
Having gratitude for your sight,
And moving your awareness or your hands down through your face,
Having gratitude for your beauty,
Your perception.
Bringing your awareness to your ears and having gratitude for your sense of hearing.
Bringing your awareness to your mouth and having gratitude for your beautiful taste buds,
For all that you taste,
Your lips,
All of the kisses that you have received.
And bringing your awareness down through your neck,
Into your throat,
And having gratitude for your ability to communicate,
To speak your truth today,
To be open and honest about all that you desire and all that you don't.
And bringing your awareness down through your arms,
Having gratitude and love for your arms,
All that you carry,
All that you support.
And moving your awareness through your hands and your fingertips,
Creating magic as you touch,
As you feel,
As you write,
As you create today.
Bringing your awareness down through your chest,
Opening and expanding your heart into the vibration of love,
Into the vibration of life.
Having gratitude for your heart and moving through your day with a heart centered focus.
Bringing your awareness down to your back,
Having gratitude for your strength and your courage to continue to carry,
To move,
To support.
Bringing your awareness to your belly,
Your stomach,
Your gut,
And allowing yourself to trust your gut and to digest the world around you today.
Bringing your awareness down to your beautiful pleasure centers,
Your pelvis,
Having gratitude for your sense of pleasure,
Your sense of creation.
For you are a creative being.
You were created through the womb.
Have gratitude for your own sexual organs.
Bringing your awareness to your root,
To your bottom,
Your rooting and grounding to this earth,
To the world.
Bringing your awareness down to your legs and your feet and allowing your feet to guide every step that you take today into your intention into gratitude into love and into feeling good.
Now ground all of this energy into the ground underneath you as you walk about your day in love,
In light,
In gratitude.
And take a moment to just rest in the silence,
For it may be your only silence for today.
And stay here in the silence for as long as you need.
And when you are ready to awaken into your day,
To move into your day with intention,
Feeling,
Gratitude,
Start to come back into the breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
And breathing out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose,
Breathing in,
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Maybe stretching up,
Stretching into your day,
Appreciating your body.
Notice what you can feel as you gently allow your fingers to crush your body,
Bringing you back into this space.
Notice what you can hear,
Giving gratitude for your sense of hearing.
Notice what you can taste,
Having gratitude for your sense of taste.
Noticing what you can smell,
Having gratitude for your sense of smell.
And then finally opening up your eyes and having gratitude for your sight,
For your eyesight is what will lead you throughout your day.
