Happy rising.
Good morning everyone.
This morning's morning meditation is setting the intention for our day,
Setting our intention to feel the joy,
The sunshine,
The love as we journey on our path to the rest of our day,
To wake up our body,
And set our day with the intentions of success,
Happiness,
And fulfillment.
When you are ready,
Find a seated position,
Sitting comfortably,
Crossing your legs,
Making sure that your spine is upright,
Sitting up against a wall if you need to,
To make sure that your body is in alignment.
And starting focusing on our breath,
Taking a deep breath in through our nose.
Holding our outdoor mouth.
Take another deep breath in through our nose.
Holding the inside and releasing.
Continuing to breathe in through our nose.
Holding and outdoor mouth.
Feeling our bodies being present in the moment.
Letting go of any thoughts of yesterday,
Any stale energy,
Any negative thoughts,
Feelings.
Completely being present in this moment.
Letting go of anything around you.
Taking time for you to kick start your day.
Continuing to breathe.
Continuing to focus on your breath.
Focus on the sound of my voice.
Focusing into mindfulness,
Peacefulness,
And tranquility.
Breathing now.
I want you to imagine yourself.
Sitting in the grass.
Feeling your toes in the grass on a warm summer day.
Perfect temperature.
Feeling your body against the grass,
Grounding you into the earth.
Grounding you.
You feel the sunshine of the earth.
The heat.
The warmth.
The sun.
Feeling the love and the peace and the warmness of the sun.
You feel the sun on your toes.
You feel the warmth on your toes relaxing you.
Awakening you.
Refreshing you.
Moving up your body.
You feel the warmth on your feet.
Feeling gratitude for your feet,
For all that it walks through our life.
The warmth on your legs.
Your ankles.
Your knees.
Relaxing,
Calming,
And warming you.
Feeling the sun bring up your thighs.
And the loving kindness for your legs.
For all that they carry.
Moving up your pelvis.
Your butt right underneath the grass.
Feeling the warmth.
The love.
The sun moving up your torso.
Up your stomach.
Letting go of any extra pounds.
Now taking them away.
Letting go of any negative feelings in your stomach.
Feeling the warmth.
The peace.
The sun moving up your chest.
Up your pad.
The warmth.
The love.
Feeling the love in your heart.
Pausing here for a moment.
As the sun radiates your heart center.
Opening up your heart.
Warming your heart.
Feeling that.
Allowing your breath to flow into your heart.
Having gratitude for your heart.
More the blood that it pumps.
Getting you throughout the day.
The sun continues to radiate your body.
Moving on throughout your body.
Letting the sun on your shoulders.
Your arms.
Your elbows.
Your fingers.
Breathing.
I feel so good in the warmth of the sun.
Feeling the sun moving up your belly.
Up your neck.
To your face.
Kissing your lips.
Warming your lips.
Your nose.
Your eyes.
Your ears.
Breathing here for a moment.
Feeling the warmth of the sun all throughout your body.
Awakening you.
Opening you.
And warming you for the day ahead.
Feeling your whole body radiating with the source energy.
The warmth of the day.
Feeling again the grass underneath your feet.
Imagine yourself standing up now.
Feeling again the warmth of the sun.
Feeling there was nothing you can't accomplish.
There was nothing you can't be.
There was nothing that you can't do.
Seeing you and standing up.
You see a path ahead.
You see a path ahead of you.
The path that you were partaken today.
The path to all the things that need to be done today.
The path to work.
The path to cleaning your house.
The path to wherever you need to go today.
Imagine yourself walking down this path.
Imagine as you walk down the path.
Seeing the faces of everyone that you intend into running into today.
Any partners you may have.
Any children that you may have.
Any co-workers.
And as you walk down this path you smile.
They smile.
They give you hugs.
They give you beautiful words.
Have a great day.
It's nice to see you.
Good job.
Feeling good within your body.
Imagine yourself with those any mundane duties that you need to do today.
Cleaning the house.
Shopping.
Imagine yourself doing these activities with success.
With happiness.
With a smile.
With no resistance.
Imagine yourself at work completing all of your tasks.
Doing everything that you need to do today.
No resistance.
Complete freedom.
Sitting here for a moment.
Just imagining your day ahead.
And all of the life.
No resistance.
A successful day.
Continuing to walk down that path.
Breathing into your arms and toes.
As you walk down the path you come to the end.
And you see that the end of the path was just the beginning again.
You find yourself back into the field that you were just sitting in.
You see the warmth of the sunshine again.
And you sit down again on the grass.
Grounding yourself back into the ground.
Back into the earth.
You're in the sun again.
Radiating your body.
You are now ready to start your day.
You now have your intentions set for the day.
Knowing that you are going into the day with success.
Happiness.
Love and joy.
You're in that present moment again.
You're in the heat of the sun.
Moving down your head.
Your eyes.
Awakening each chamber of your body that the sun touches this time.
Waking you up for a learning to your day.
Your neck.
Your shoulders.
Your arms.
Your shoulders waking you up.
Your chest.
Your heart.
Your torso.
Your belly.
Your back.
Your pelvis.
Your legs.
Your knees.
Your feet.
Completely waking up now.
Continuing to wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Breathing in one more time.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Good.
Coming back to your natural breath.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Good job.
Again in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
You're going to feel as long as you need.
And when you're already opening up your eyes.
Setting your intention for the day.
Letting go of yesterday.
Remembering that you are starting fresh today.
You are starting a fresh journey.
This is your journey.
This is your life.
And there's nothing that you can't accomplish.
You can't succeed in.
