Hello everyone.

I hope everyone had a beautiful and spectacular day.

In this guided meditation we are setting the intention to let go of the day that we just had and to bring us into sleep.

Bring us into sleep with relaxation,

Shutting down our body,

Shutting down our mind,

And preparing our subconscious mind for sleep and to feel rejuvenated,

Refreshed,

And feel of gratitude when we wake up in the morning.

Right before we go to sleep is the most powerful time to program our subconscious mind for whatever we are thinking of before we go to sleep is what we will bring in to our dreams and bring into tomorrow morning to then manifest our day tomorrow.

So it is important to let go of any negative thoughts,

Any negative feelings that may have arose throughout the day,

And also have gratitude and happiness for the wonderful moments that happened throughout the day.

In this very quick guided meditation we will shut down our bodies,

Shut down our minds,

And prepare ourselves for sleep.

I ask you now to either sit down or lie down.

Feel free to lie down and listen to this as you drift off to sleep,

And if you fall asleep while listening to this,

Know that the sound of my voice will program your subconscious mind for a beautiful rest,

Restful sleep,

Beautiful dreams,

And that you will wake up feeling refreshed,

Rejuvenated with the most loving kindness and gratitude you've ever felt before.

I ask you now if you're not already sitting down or lying down,

Lying down,

Sitting down,

And focusing on your breath,

Taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Taking all the deep breaths in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Letting go of the day,

Having gratitude for the moment,

Feeling your bed underneath you,

Feeling the comfort of your bed,

The blankets,

The pillows,

Thanking them,

Thanking them for holding you,

Holding your body,

Covering your body,

Giving you the warmth,

Giving you the love that you deserve.

Continuing to focus on your breath,

I ask you to imagine the light,

And imagine that light right above your head.

Imagine it relaxing your body with every part that it touches,

Allowing you to fall into the most beautiful restful sleep,

Shutting down your body,

Shutting down your mind.

Starting with the tip of your head,

Imagine light touching your head,

Sleeping,

Your eyes shutting down,

Your nose relaxing your mouth,

Your neck,

Your heart sleeping,

Your shoulders sleeping,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Your chest,

Your torso relaxing deeper and deeper into your bed,

Into the mattress,

Moving down your pelvis,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Relaxing your feet for all that it walked today,

Your toes,

Feeling your whole body at this point completely relaxed,

Completely in preparation for a sleep mode.

I ask you now to imagine yourself,

See yourself in a dark room,

And in this room you see a staircase,

A beautiful staircase.

I want you to see yourself approaching the staircase,

Walking closer and closer to the staircase.

With every step you take,

You're falling faster and faster asleep.

Counting down now,

With every count,

You're falling deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Into sleep.

By the count of one,

You're fast asleep,

Ready to dream,

Ready to go into your subconscious mind,

Programming it for relaxation,

Peace,

Love,

And happiness when you wake up in the morning.

Starting now,

Walking down the stairs,

Ten,

Nine,

Walking down the stairs,

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Fast asleep,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Completely ready now to drift off to sleep,

Saying goodbye to today,

And saying hello to the lands of dreams.

I ask you now,

I wish you guys a wonderful and peaceful sleep,

I wish you beautiful dreams,

And I ask that you will be refreshed and rejuvenated when you wake up in the morning.

I started the practice very uneasy but I couldn't believe how relaxed my body was by the end of only 8 minutes, I opened my eyes to turn off the lights and act forgot I wasn't at the bottom of that staircase in a darkroom. This was by far my most successful meditation sessions to date. God bless
