Hello beautiful souls.
My name is Jenna Rose Janetti and I am your mindfulness and meditation coach.
I thank you for joining today and for meditating with me.
Today we will do a meditation focused on creativity,
Enhancing our creativity,
Our artisticness,
Channeling our feelings,
Our thoughts,
Our ideas,
Manifesting the best versions of ourselves.
I ask you that when you are ready to sit down or lie down,
Making yourself completely comfortable,
Feeling within your heart center and setting an intention for this meditation,
An intention to be more creative,
To be more artistic,
To channel your passions,
Your love into a creative form of your choosing.
I ask you now to call upon any idols,
Any ancestors,
Angels,
To be present with you in this meditation,
To help guide you,
To help transport you to the best version,
The best reality that you desire.
So when you are ready,
Starting to focus on our breath,
Taking a big deep breath in through our nose and our thumb up,
Feeling love,
Continuing to breathe and out.
Doesn't that breath feel so good?
Taking another deep breath in,
Grounding us into the seat or the bed that we are lying or sitting on,
Grounding us into the ground,
Continuing to breathe,
Lots of love in and lots of love out.
Finding the rhythm,
The rhythm back to your natural breath.
As you sit here,
I ask you to focus on the big beautiful light above your head.
Picture a white and yellow light above your head shining bright as beautiful and as radiant as the sun.
Imagine this light taking over each part of your body and imagine as the light touches your body,
It awakens you more,
It awakens your creativity,
It awakens your dreams,
It awakens all of the inspiration that you need to channel the creativity.
Seeing that intention now,
Focusing the light,
Imagine the light starting at the very tips of your toes,
Imagine the light relaxing you,
Relaxing your feet,
Your ankles,
Moving their legs,
Moving the light down your legs,
Inspiring movement of dance,
Of performing arts.
Creativity higher and higher upon you,
Radiating your body,
Calling in the natural flow of the energy,
Knowing that you are worthy of all that you desire.
Moving that light up your pelvis,
Opening up each chakra,
Moving the light over your stomach,
Over your solar plexus where all of the creativity is formed,
Channeling it,
Moving that energy all the way up into your body,
Moving that light up to your chest,
Up to your heart,
Sitting here and allowing the light to radiate your heart,
To open your heart,
To inspire you,
Inspiring all of your passions,
All of your desires,
Trusting that your heart knows all that you need,
All that you want.
Continuing to channel this creativity up past your heart,
Past your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Channeling this down your fingers,
Allowing your fingers to move with a pen or a pencil or a paintbrush,
Inspiring your creativity,
Channeling the light up your neck,
Through your throat chakra,
Opening your voice to speak,
Speaking your creativity,
To inspire not just yourself,
But inspire all around you,
All those around you.
Moving this light up your face,
Channeling it into all of your facial expressions,
All of your emotions,
Inspiring you,
Lifting you and guiding you,
Moving this light up your ears,
Opening your ears so that you may hear the inspirations,
You may hear the subtle frequencies and the vibrations of the universe,
Inspiring you into your creativity,
Into your inspirations,
Into your biggest dreams,
Manifesting them into real time,
Into this physical universe.
Feeling it now,
Feeling all of this light radiating your body as it moves into your head,
Moves into your consciousness,
Moves into your brain giving you the inspiration,
Giving you the momentum,
Giving you the ideas,
Giving you the thoughts that you need to not stay stagnant,
That you may move with inspiration,
Authenticity,
Authenticity.
May your dreams prosper,
May all of your thoughts become a manifested physical reality,
Sitting here now with your body radiating.
Imagine now I leave you for a few moments to feel the vibrations,
The frequencies,
The words,
The thoughts of your spirit guides,
Your angels,
Your ancestors,
Your idols,
Inspiring you,
Allowing it to come in and reign upon you,
Relaxing,
Guiding you,
Loving you.
I leave you for a few moments.
May you be inspired until you hear the sound of my voice once again.
Starting to come back to the sound of my voice,
I hope that you found inspiration.
And know that if you did not get inspired,
If you did not hear the inspiration that you needed to channel your creativity,
Know that you will.
Know that it may flow to you throughout the day,
It may flow to you throughout the week,
That you may get the inspiration through another's words,
Through something you read online,
Through seeing something throughout your day,
Reading something,
Hearing it in the music.
Know and trust that you have set the intention and that your intention to be inspired,
To be creative,
To know your next move,
To know your art form,
It will reign upon you.
You will know it when you hear it,
See it,
Feel it.
Know that you are always guided,
You are always protected,
And that inspiration is always within you.
You can tap into it at any time,
Any place,
Anywhere.
Know that you are creating this world in your image,
And there is nothing that you cannot be,
There is nothing you cannot do,
There is nothing that you cannot have.
You are a creator.
You were born to create.
You were born to inspire.
You were born to lead.
You are the star of your reality.
You are the star of your life.
You are whatever you choose to be.
Starting to come back into your body,
Starting to breathe,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Taking another deep breath in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Trying to wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Relaxing for as long as you need.
And when you are ready,
Opening up your eyes,
Coming back into your room,
And knowing that you have been inspired,
Your creativity will flow.
You are the artist,
And you are painting this world.
