
Childhood Trauma Healing Meditation
This Inner Child Healing guided meditation is designed to help you heal childhood pain, hurt, and wounds that continue to echo into your life, your body, mind and emotions, and your relationship to yourself and others.
Transcript
Hello beautiful souls.
Thank you so much for joining me today for today's childhood trauma healing meditation.
I'm going to ask you now to please just start off in a place where you will not be disturbed,
Where you can start your healing journey from within.
Sitting down or lying down,
Making yourself comfortable.
Just start to breathe.
Breathing in through your nose,
Holding your breath,
And breathing out through your mouth,
Releasing any stress,
Releasing any pain or suffering.
Continue to breathe.
Breathing in love,
Holding in that love,
And breathing out more love.
And breathing out.
And start to sink down into the floor.
Trying to breathe once again.
Breathing in through your nose,
Feeling that life force energy,
And holding it,
And exhaling.
Breathing in again.
Taking that good deep breath,
Holding it in,
Breathing it out,
Relaxing deeper and deeper and deeper.
Breathing in again,
Holding it,
And breathing out.
From you,
Set an intention for this meditation.
Set the intention to heal your child or wounds,
Healing your child or traumas,
Or any traumas,
Any events.
Set the intention to heal now.
Set any other intention that you personally and individually need right now.
Start to call in any guides that you may align with.
Calling in your past self,
Calling in that inner you,
That child you,
And ask that child you and the energy of you to come into this room right now to be present,
As well as calling in the future you.
Calling in the future you that has more wisdom and is more wise,
Who has healed all of this.
And asking your future you to hold you during this meditation,
To guide you,
And to protect you as you are about to protect from inner child.
Calling in any ancestors,
Any guides,
Any angelic beings,
Any deities,
Any idols like Jesus,
Buddha,
Radha Krishna,
Whoever you individually identify with.
This is an individual path that is done collectively through our own self.
Breathing in.
Starting to bring awareness to the top of your head.
Feeling your light as big and as bright as the sun radiating over you and healing every single part of your body.
Bringing awareness to the top of your head.
Feel eyes shutting down your eyes now,
Closing them if you haven't yet done so,
If you so deserve.
Moving the light down your nose,
Your ears.
Opening up your third eye,
Opening up your ears to any sounds,
Any visuals.
Moving the light and feeling awareness of your whole face.
Feeling the light down your neck,
Down your shoulders.
And pause and heal for just a moment.
And start to allow the light to heal any baggage that you may be carrying on your shoulders.
Bringing awareness to your shoulders and your back,
Your arms.
All that you carry and start to let it go.
Let go and set the intention to let go of the baggage.
Let go of the pain.
Let go of the trauma.
You no longer need to carry it.
You are safe and you are secure.
There is nothing more now that you need to hold on to.
So if you are ready,
Let it go in this circle with all of these beautiful people in support of you,
In support of your individual path.
And know that you are not alone.
Bring awareness now to your heart.
And pause here for a moment as you feel your heart beat.
Having love and gratitude for your heart,
For it never stops beating.
From the time that we were in the womb,
Until this moment,
And every moment until we transition past this heart,
Our heart never stops working.
It never takes away.
It never relaxes.
It beats continuously for us.
Feel that gratitude for and know what path that you are not alone.
That you have that support.
And start to allow the layers of your heart,
Any heart to now start to evaporate.
Allow the layers of pain to just ease,
Falling off little by little.
And allow your heart now to just open up and expand.
Know that you are safe to love again.
You are safe to feel again.
You are safe,
My love.
You are safe.
And move the light down your torso,
Down your stomach.
Telling awareness as the light moves down and heals every part of your body.
Move the light down your hands,
Down your pelvis,
Down your genitals.
Healing any trauma that may be stuck here.
For I know so many of us may have so much sexual trauma that we are dealing with.
Know that you can release this now.
You can let it go.
Allow the light to penetrate your genitals and your reproductive organs and pelvis area.
And let go of the pain and start to heal it with all in that light to heal you.
Feel the gentle kindness of spirit present with you right now.
Move that light down your legs,
Down your feet.
Have that loving gratitude for your legs,
For they carry so much.
They carry up your body.
They walk throughout the day holding you,
Supporting you,
Protecting you,
Feeling the love and gratitude for our feet,
For all of the steps that we have taken.
And start to relax more and more now as we reflect on all of the steps that our feet have taken from the moment that we were born into this very moment.
All of the beautiful steps and paths that we've taken,
That we've enjoyed as well as the path that has led to our trauma,
That has led to this moment to allow us to heal it.
Have gratitude and love for all of it,
For all of our treatment.
Feel this whole light radiating your whole body and see roots now from the soles of your feet and see these roots expanding off of your feet down to the ground that you're sitting in.
Feel the roots moving down into the floor,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down.
Feeling more relaxed,
Moving the light down into the ground underneath the foundation of your house,
Into Mother Gaia.
And know that Mother Gaia is now protecting you as your roots expanding to her.
She's got you.
She'll protect you.
Feel your roots moving all the way down to the core of Mother Gaia.
You are touching the miracle.
You are safe.
You are protected.
You are grounded now.
You are grounded into and are able now to approach your trauma without feeling without feeling because you are supported completely by Mother Gaia and by all of your sphere guides from top to bottom and all around in this community.
You are supported.
Feeling the love.
When you are ready,
Start to visualize out of your third eye and go back to a moment in your childhood or your adulthood.
A traumatic event that needs healing.
Ask your guides and spirits to bring you back to any moment and take the very first moment any moment and take the very first moment that you think of.
Even if it doesn't make sense,
Even if it doesn't seem traumatic at the moment,
It's coming up for a reason.
Feel into this moment.
Visualize it.
Feel it.
Maybe you're a young child.
Maybe you're five years old,
Two years old.
Maybe you couldn't talk back.
Maybe you are a teenager.
Even in the dark,
Allow whatever memory that comes up and surfaces to be the memory that you need.
See yourself and feel into this moment and acknowledge whatever you are going to do in this moment.
See the child.
See the trauma.
Feel the pain.
And when you are ready,
Now picture you right now in this now moment.
The adult you.
Looking at the child.
Watching the child.
Seeing the child's pain.
Viewing the pain deep within you.
For you are this child.
You are connected to this child.
Or an adult you are and have experienced this.
Start to walk up to even little you.
Walk up to little you.
And be now that angel that you needed in this moment.
Be now that person,
That mother,
That father,
That grown-up that you cried out for,
That you needed.
Walk up to little you and sit in front of little you now.
And ask little you what they need and allow them a moment to speak to you and vocalize to you what they are experiencing,
What they are going through.
Maybe speaking words that they have never spoken before,
That they were too shy to express.
Allow them to speak to you and listen to them without judgment.
Be for them what you needed in this moment that you didn't have.
And listen.
Ask little you what they need right now to feel better.
Hug them if that's what they desire.
Kiss them if that's what they desire.
Give them space and create boundaries and a safe space for them if that's what they desire.
Give them now what they needed in this moment that they did not have.
As you listen to them and you allow them to completely speak until they can't speak anymore,
Then stop to speak after giving them the time they needed to speak.
And give them the words that they need in this moment.
Maybe telling them that they are loved,
That they are worthy.
Telling them that they are not responsible for this.
This was not their fault.
They didn't do anything to deserve this.
They are a child.
They didn't deserve that.
That you now will protect them.
Because you know the pain.
You know the suffering.
You can feel it deep inside of you because you are them.
And you can now look at them with eyes that are wise that has been through this and is ready to heal.
Allow the child to heal.
And as the child heals,
You,
The grown-up,
The adult you,
Heals too.
As the child starts to unravel the pain and suffering,
So do you.
As the child feels better,
You start to feel better.
You are now silent.
And whispering to the child now,
And telling the child that you have always been there for them.
You have always been there for them.
You have never been without them.
That you as a grown-up have always been guided them.
As you look back on this moment,
As you felt this trauma,
As you look back into your past,
You will always reflect.
You have always been the angel,
The person,
The thing that they needed in this moment.
And let that little you know that they were never alone,
And that they never had to feel this pain alone.
That you always felt this pain with them.
And tell them now that they are healing,
And that the grown-up you is healing with them.
That as you heal the grown-up you,
You are healing them and you are making this moment easier for them.
For every time we look back into a memory,
We change that memory.
We change the blueprint for it,
And we can change our past.
We can heal our past.
Feel now green light coming from your grown-up self.
Feel the green light penetrating out of your heart as the grown-up you.
And feel that green light starting to heal the grown-up you,
And allow that green light to radiate outside of you.
And allow that light to now move and touch the child.
Allow that green light from the center of your heart to move outside of your adult electromagnetic field and touch the child's hands and see the heart of the child,
The little you.
The whole being start to light up the color green.
Allow the green light to heal the little you,
To transform the little you.
Allow your other tears,
Your anger,
The pain that comes up to trust you.
Simple the little you in silence for just a moment.
Allow the little you to start to feel better,
The little you smiling once again,
Ready to play.
And concluding this by asking the child now as they start to feel better,
What they want to do next.
Whether it be to play house,
Or baby dolls,
Or ride a bike,
Play Legos,
Or your teenage self to just be alone.
Allow them to vocalize what they now want to do and walk along beside them and do it with them.
Play with them like you want it to be played with.
Hang out with them like you want it to be hung out with.
And hug them one more time.
Thank them for the wise and the wisdom that they brought you.
And watch them float away as you become more aware now and you'll feel more healed.
Start to bring awareness back to this,
Back to this space.
Watching that memory just start to fade away.
Little by little bring your awareness back to you now.
Starting to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Trying to feel better,
Feel healed.
Start to feel years of pain and baggage,
Erasing,
Releasing in a back wave.
Continuing to breathe in,
Moving back into the space.
Moving your fingers and your toes,
Opening up your eyes,
Moving your body.
And sitting right down,
Knowing that you've moved a lot of energy.
And let's conclude with a namaste.
Bowing your head down to your heart and repeating with me,
Namaste.
For my soul recognizes your soul,
That we are one soul in many bodies.
We are not suffering.
Your pain is my pain,
Your suffering is my suffering,
Your anger is my anger.

I think this is one of the best meditations I’ve ever listened to. I younger traumatized self felt Instant rapport and acceptance from the most gentle authentic loving voice and I was able to go deep into this meditation with so much healing.
