Formée en yoga et en MBSR (pleine conscience), elle a enrichi sa pratique en France et aux États- Unis, notamment lors de retraites au Village des Pruniers, dans la lignée de l'enseignement de Thich Nhat Hanh. Ses méditations invitent à reconnecter le corps et le mental, pour retrouver calme, clarté et équilibre intérieur. Martine taught yoga for many years and now offers guided meditations.She is trained in yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and has deepened her practice in both France and the United States, including through retreats at Plum Village in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.Her meditations support a gentle reconnection with body and mind, helping you find calm, clarity, and inner balance.
