Dr. Juna, host of the MindBodySpace Podcast, is a Juilliard School faculty member and creator of the "Science of Resilience" curriculum. Juna is double boarded in Radiology and Lifestyle Medicine, earning her M.D. at NYU. Juna earned her Master's in Education at Harvard, specializing in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology, while cross registering at MIT Sloan Business School where she developed fun new products to empower children to self-regulate. Juna's journey in teaching resilience began when as a radiologist, she realized that many of the conditions she was diagnosing from the inside out could be prevented. As a loving Mom of two amazing kids, Juna decided that her mission was to prevent disease in the first place. Juna's everyday work entails making neuroscience a household word so that families can benefit from understanding their brain body connection and apply the self-care and change tools to thrive mentally and physically. Currently Juna is creating plush characters to teach kids about their minds and brains as well as creating planners and courses for people of all ages for peak resilience.

I feel very calm and inclined to carry on with the breath. My breathing can be very shallow so I will come back to this throughout my day. Thank you

I will keep coming back to this. I am experiencing some personal upheaval and immense stress right now. My nervous system is not getting enough periods of rest and recovery. I appreciate this.

Very relaxing and easy to follow. At first I was speeding through the instructions, then slowed down to a fully awake yet dream like pace. Thank you
