The great news is that we can counter these tiny stressors that build up throughout our day with mini relaxation responses that can consist of even just one breath! In this course, you'll learn what micro stress is and how it can ripple into many areas of our lives. We will walk through mini relaxation responses and how to counteract the micro stressors in our lives to slow down the build-up to toxic disease states. We'll walk through some of my favorite mini relaxation antidotes that you can use throughout your day to boost your natural antioxidants. You'll leave with solid scientific reasons that motivate you to incorporate Mini Relaxations throughout your days. This tiny shift in mindset can improve your entire life and prolong your health span, not just your lifespan. The purpose of this course is for you to take away the practice of taking mini moments of relaxation anywhere, anytime, and deeply knowing that even one breath can help reset your nervous system, profoundly affecting your life, your loved ones' lives, and rippling out into the world through all those you come in contact.
