Dr. Juna guides you through a visualization exercise: breathe deeply, release tension, and imagine yourself at a chosen point in the future as your best self, noticing detailed appearance, surroundings, and inner feelings such as calmness and peace. Participants reflect on the small moment-to-moment and day-to-day choices that led to this future state, then shift perspective to view the future self from the outside again.
