And simply hold the breath for 7 seconds now.
Now feel your breath.
Begin please to slowly breathe steady and long.
Slow your breathing into long breaths out and long breath in.
Please continue and have a slice of peace right now.
So,
So the story of depression that changed its name.
So it's all about wanting help,
To get rid of it really and become the hero of your life.
The story,
The year I speak in is in a sense the future.
You may put any year on it as long as it is never the past.
It could be year 2021 or year 2099.
So the story goes a lot like this.
The word depression was by the higher gods,
Queens and kings removed from the dictionary.
Wiped out in more ways than one.
The laughing god gave it a new name,
Two mighty words,
Which called for a drum roll.
As everyone from the future listened,
We hereby replaced the word depression to now be called pickled bananas.
Yes,
This being the future,
The word got around.
We now call it pickled bananas or PC if you're in a hurry flying that car about.
Well all agreed that the word depression was pretty worn out.
Plus it's all about the past most of the time.
The other had been overused and fills one with fear.
So the laughing god and higher gods,
Queen and king decided to drop it with the past too and see how weak and shriveled up it was without anyone attached to it.
Plus it only worked if you put all that personal life force energy in it.
New times were happening,
Living in the future is cool.
Embrace change,
Keeping the good bits from life so far.
Don't change the way we look at things,
Then things really do change and improve.
Plus it's time to fall in love with life and for life to fall in love with you.
Time to learn new skills and be proud of yourself.
And time to occupy the brain,
The mind with fabulous things,
Aiming higher so to speak.
Better social groups and quite a lot on the computer,
The PC for pickled bananas who just want to be happy and fabulous really.
Have you heard about the book of hobbies?
Aiming higher with like minded people of all ages.
One could become a sports person or dabble in horse riding or become a gardener or a herbalist working with plants.
Did you hear about that one lady on Boxing Day went for a harbour code swim and enjoyed it so much she joined the sea swimming club that raises money for charities for people worse off.
Having the basic needs should always be treasured.
Yes,
There is always someone worse off who's had it tougher.
But even then so many turned their weakness back into strength.
They said no to stagnation.
No to self pity.
The no's in the mind like a child constantly saying no.
And in a way knows exactly what they want.
No to the heavy energies.
They simply put their energy on a happy life plus its rewards.
And how more likeable and friendly one becomes.
Promoted wellness and have a great life now.
Yes it's all about the now and putting that past into older.
Keeping the good bits from the past and drop the bad bits from the past.
After all nobody really wants those bits.
Can't change the past story too.
With its owed message that goes on to repeat and repeat.
Yes hobbies,
Well a good excuse to have a fab time really.
For wellness covers things like learning new skills for all ages.
Take that Thai foot massage over a weekend with new people too.
The feet can make us happier once you've mastered the skills.
Crystal healing courses and welcome in beautiful,
Magical,
Powerful,
Mind blowing crystals.
Plus they are cheap to buy.
Angel cards are like a new friend in your pocket.
Did you know angels can lift us to be happy?
Diet food books that promote health of body and mind.
Change yourself through healthy diet.
Some hobbies turn into extra cash like the dog walker for older people who can't walk their dogs.
They say taking up any form of art is a massive mood enhancer.
Oh the essential oils training can be learnt at a weekend and how much great smells soothes the mind.
Yes a dash of yi lang yi lang perhaps.
Plus everyone loves the waft of you.
Of course meditation is such a great habit and keeps you ten years younger.
Biologically proven removes stress off the body as much as the mind.
Chanting the magic word om.
Om is a very powerful word.
Just five minutes a day clears out the fog and keeps you crystal clear.
Om is all about peace and being at one with everything.
Practice those repetitive om's and get really good with it with your voice.
Even starting straight away with mindfulness where we appreciate each moment as it unfolds.
Such as making homemade soup can be done mindfully.
Looking focusing closely at the shapes and colours of vegetables.
All that peace whilst doing it and doing a great job at making soup.
Yes stamp out overthinking.
Give your brain some TLC.
Feeding the brain with happy information.
And delete all the old sad messages in the subconscious mind.
By simply saying delete all the old sad messages.
Making plenty of space for wisdom and knowledge.
Yes finding a purpose in life.
Time to list all the things you are good at.
Remember to make that list soon.
Or indeed interested in.
Some will stem from childhood,
The good stuff.
Yes your inner child has skills.
They even say baking is therapy.
These are often hobbies that lead to extra cash.
Did you hear about the kitchen cookie person who now delivers cookies then got a shop.
Home cooking with style of cough.
Embrace technology for there is something for us all in this ever changing world.
But a purpose in life is the key to life.
Meditate on it and look for a great answer.
Fill the potential of your beautiful expanding mind.
Life is a story.
Why not write it?
Let it out in a book.
Turn that book into a comedy.
Laughter will always save the day.
Think how we affect others too.
For what we give out must come back,
Hopefully in a good way.
We all have a personal self.
So the personal you,
What you like,
List them all soon.
The physical likes.
The emotional likes.
The mental stimulating likes.
Dream big.
Really get to know yourself more positively.
Work that lucky charm.
Bring more luck in.
Explore the art of feng shui.
Full of lucky ideas.
Learn the art of relaxation.
Yoga perhaps.
Stretch yourself.
Explore music.
And meditation of course.
Nature itself is healthy for us all.
Nature's seasons.
With the animal kingdom.
The list is lovely and long.
Gain knowledge.
Google it all like a curious child.
Embrace your family tree.
Time is always related to family.
We should always move on to better things.
Better times.
Better conditions.
Better technology.
So help yourself to the good stuff.
Learn to express yourself as a wonderful service with the wonderful feedback.
Reward yourself with exploring life creatively.
Be inspired by others.
Knowledge is power.
Love is free.
The more you give away,
The more love comes back to you.
Positivity is always healthy for you.
