Meditation on success.

Time for a little hypnotherapy because we want to get to the root of the problem and turn that into the answer to your success.

Or as we say in the old ways,

Turning lemons into lemonade,

Very sweet,

Very tingly,

The nectar of life.

Laying down now and stretch that physical body out before wrapping yourself up in a cosy blanket,

Creating some heat to lull the body into a journey of deep relaxation.

Bring a deep breath within and blow away all distractions.

Focus is the key now.

Feel your own rhythm of breath.

Now let's take this relaxed state to a journey into our minds.

We are going to give permission to our conscious mind to step back and bring in our subconscious mind that is the key,

The answer to your success.

Feeling safe now,

Like in the arms of your mother,

With your eyes closed and just be surrounded in loving comfort.

Let the body go very soft and recharge itself now.

Focusing on your head,

Your face,

Let the tension leave the face.

Relax the muscles,

Relax the eyes.

Let the head feel a softness of utter peace.

Counting down now from ten to one,

Listening to this voice.

At ten,

Feeling very comfortable.

At nine,

Feel very safe and secure.

At eight,

Noticing the heart centre and its peace within.

At seven,

Noticing the mind is very still.

At six,

Our conscious mind is stepping back now.

At five,

Feeling escapism.

At four,

Feeling sleepy.

At three,

Swimming in waves of love.

At two,

Entering a void of nothingness.

At one,

Giving over now to listen and connect with our unique subconscious mind.

Time to reload new data into the subconscious mind.

It is listening now,

Absorbing the new data on me.

I allow my true self to shine very brightly.

Take a breath in.

Confidence attracts the right people and the right situations.

Breathe in.

I follow my gut feelings,

Those eureka moments with action.

Breathe in.

I complete those to do things that are important just for me and my success.

Breathe in.

There is no such thing as failure,

As all professionals know.

It is one step closer to your dreams.

Breathe in.

I stay positive,

Emotionally and say no to doubt,

No to the stagnation of doubt.

Breathe in.

I will remember that my life is number one every day on my career path.

Breathe in.

I am a good listener,

A good talker and a caring person to meet.

Breathe in.

And a focused energy always gets results of success.

Breathe in.

I do not react to crap,

But rise above it by focusing on what I want.

My reaction is only for the positive things.

Breathe in.

I am living my dream and use my gifts to allow my true self to shine.

Breathe in.

I am at peace with myself and flow with universal abundance.

I am flowing.

Breathe in.

I shine like a light,

In a state of positivity,

In a state of I can,

I will do what is important for me.

Breathe in.

Dream is an illusion,

For all my dreams have come true.

Breathe in.

In a state of gratitude that is abundance and success.

Breathe in.

Very good.

We have now uploaded the new data on me.

Relax and savour a minute of complete peace.

Ready to count back up to ten,

To reawake once more at ten.

Feeling really good now.

At nine,

Wanting to embrace each and every day now.

At eight,

Feeling waves of positivity at the moment.

At seven,

Taking a deep breath in and out.

At six,

Remembering it's nearly time to reawake.

At five,

Flexing all my muscles,

Awakening the muscles now.

At four,

Release a nice big yawn.

At three,

Feeling energy rushing up my physical body now.

Two,

It's time to open the eyes wide awake.

At one,

Completely refreshed,

Very happy in the here and now,

Focused on success.
