Linda uses many tools from simply being a spirtual holistic practitioner of wellbeing. Her acquired knowledge through time and age has brought more wisdom to share. She loves to write and story telling the language of words to touch your heart. All her guided meditations has sound healing music in the background to boost each session. Putting basically the knowledge of a holistic practitioner into guided meditations with a huge range of topics that concerns us such as feeling more energised from within, mind power, aid sleep, reduce anxiety and depression symptoms. Having roots is all about feeling grounded and feeling you belong. Meditation work calls for being grounded so you get a comfortable controlled experience. When we ground, we also acknowledge the physical earth and that your body naturally resonates to being grounded wherever we are.

Less drama more magic, is it time to see the beauty of the earth and you in it. Take all her colors, her nature, her animal kingdom, her crystals, her higher support, her creativity, her growth, her survival, her seasons of rest and growth.
