For 6 minutes, I will count you down to you drifting off to sleep. I will encourage you to have good dreams while the body snuggles down and physically rests. I will bring in the colour white to create a peaceful safe place to switch off and bring in positive happy dreams to see you through the night.

When it's time to go to sleep,

It is time to go to the bedroom.

And it's time to go and sit on the bed.

And checking your pillow.

Make sure that pillow is nice and fluffy.

Give it a good squeeze.

Make it nice and fluffy.

And when you are ready,

Put yourself inside the bed.

Make sure you are nice and cosy.

And you are ready now to get ready for sleeping.

To go to sleep,

We need to close the eyes.

So let's close one eye.

Then close the next eye.

And squeeze both eyes shut.

Now imagine that the room has been completely painted white.

And this colour white makes you feel so very,

Very safe.

This colour white also offers a place of absolute peace and relaxation.

So imagine all walls are a beautiful white.

The ceiling is white.

And the floor is white too.

And the pillow that your head is resting upon has suddenly gone completely white.

And the fabric,

The blankets,

Everything that you can touch is turning completely white.

This is a wonderful way to go into a deep sleep because it makes you feel so fully supported.

Feeling completely protected.

And this creates a wonderful time for wonderful dreams to begin once we truly fall asleep.

With a white,

White colour,

It is ready and getting ready for some beautiful dreams to come to you.

It's very important that all dreams are beautiful and interesting.

And with that imagination,

You can paint on top of this white some wonderful dreams.

You can place an order every night.

This is going to be fun.

So while the body physically relaxes,

Your beautiful sleeping imagination can enter beautiful dreams.

So let's take a nice big yawn.

Yawn,

Yawn,

Yawn.

Snuggle down.

Get really,

Really comfortable.

Now just squeeze every muscle really tight for three seconds.

One,

Two,

Three.

Then relax that body.

Because in the morning you will be so refreshed and feel so good.

So now it's all about you,

Your bedroom,

Your bed,

Your pillow.

I'm going to count you down to a deep sleep and then you may enter the wonderful world of beautiful dreams.

I'm going to count you down one to ten.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Everything is very still.

Everything has stopped.

Everything is quiet and peaceful.

And you can drop deep into that pillow.

You can totally,

Completely fall asleep.

And as you fall asleep,

You will naturally have the best dreams ever.

So I'm wishing you a good night.

I am wishing you a beautiful dream every night.
