Welcome to this energy cleaning meditation.
This will be a beautiful meditation using all the colours of the rainbow,
All seven colours,
And aiming for a feeling of completely re-energised,
Tingling with good,
Clean,
Positive energy.
So,
We mostly know we are energy.
Life is energy in movement,
Our emotions,
In the mind,
And also our spirit within.
Now there is a special word called Chakra Energy Colours that are within every person.
Although we can't see them,
We can look after them through meditation,
Through cleansing them and bringing them back into balance.
Just as you see a rainbow amongst the rain and sunshine and you see it come and you see it go,
All through the rain and the sun being as one.
So we have in this perfect order the rainbow colours of red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Light blue,
Deep blue and purple.
Let's turn our focus now to relaxing.
Relaxing ourselves before the mind journey begins.
Sitting position would be best if possible as we will be working with the breath.
So please allow the feet to softly touch the ground and cushion the rest of the body in the chair.
You may wish to gently hold a real crystal to aid the journey.
Whichever you are drawn to is the one for you right now.
So please take a deep relaxing breath in and closing your eyes.
Let's acknowledge we have a physical body and this is physical earth.
And the feet are the first contact to the ground of mother earth and in a way have roots,
Just like nature has roots.
We want to anchor our energy bodies into the earth's energies by using the power of our minds,
Our imagination.
Remembering just as the body tells us when it's hungry,
Thirsty or tired,
We are going to now tell the body,
Call it and command it throughout this meditation.
Starting now with a beautiful grounding of our roots.
So with eyes closed,
Focus now on the soles of both your feet.
And taking another breath in,
Imagine pushing down your roots from both feet,
Easily and magically,
Lovely healthy roots,
Leafy and green,
Entwine them down,
Growing them down into earth,
Towards the centre of earth.
Remembering earth is not flat,
So we go to the centre and this is where we will anchor them.
Be playful,
Tie the roots in a little bow at this destination.
And taking another breath in,
Acknowledge you are grounded to earth now.
Turning your focus now for some white light breaths that stem from unconditional love.
Breathe in the whitest air you can imagine.
And taking in the full benefits of pure white light,
Let it enter all of you.
From the source of unconditional love,
Universal love,
Feel the white energy lighting you up.
We are cleansing ourselves with white light and can understand cleaning and cleansing is already a part of life.
We do it on a physical level every day.
Cleaning our homes,
Everything we touch is eventually washed and we love to shower or bathe and enjoy seeing things clean again.
It is a part of life,
So it must be that we clean our energies too.
Begin to notice the white light that you are breathing is also energising you,
Feeling new again.
It's time to clean the seven chakras.
We will do them randomly,
Not in order,
As this keeps the mind more focused.
So please bring your attention to your solar chakra now at the centre of your tummy.
Begin to breathe in a rich,
Fresh yellow colour and connect to your solar chakra.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse itself,
To come into balance.
Breathing yellow in and exhale yellow.
Then bring your focus to your throat chakra and breathe in a light blue,
A shade of the loveliest light blue and connect to your throat now.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
To come into balance.
Breathing in light blue and exhale light blue.
Moving on to the base chakra,
Just below the hips.
Breathe in the colour red and connect it to the base.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
End to balance.
Breathe in red.
Exhale red.
And exhale the colour red.
Then focus now on your heart chakra.
Breathe in a fresh green colour and connect it to the heart.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
End to balance.
Breathe in green.
Exhale the colour green.
Bring your attention now to the third eye chakra between the eyebrows.
Breathe in a royal deep blue and connect it to your third eye.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
To balance.
Breathe in deep blue.
Exhale deep blue.
Moving now to the sacral chakra,
Just below the belly button.
Breathe in a zesty orange and connect to the sacral.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
End to balance.
Breathe in orange.
Exhale the colour orange.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
End to balance.
Move your focus now to the crown chakra.
Breathe in light purple and connect to the crown of the head.
And will it end commanded to spin,
To cleanse,
End to balance.
Breathe in a light purple.
Exhale light purple.
Consider daily cleansing the chakras or a weekly spring clean.
Now the seven rainbow chakras are up and running.
Let's bring in the violet flames for cleansing up any residue.
The fire energy of pure violet flames that burns and reds owed dirty energy.
Imagine a soft,
Gentle but also strong wall of violet flames.
A wall of violet flames.
And will it end commanded to pass through your entire body.
Through all seven chakras.
Through your aura.
And finish by burning through the room you are in.
Let's ask for the angels of the violet flame and Saint Germain to help complete this task.
Now we have seven beautiful spinning chakras.
All cleansed,
Balanced,
Spinning.
Let's focus now on opening our higher crown chakra.
Like a flower at the top of the head.
Imagine nature's perfect beautiful flowers.
And imagine your own beautiful flower at the top of your head.
Now will it end commanded to open,
Open fully all its petals.
And breathe in the whitest of light.
The purest of light.
The source of unconditional love.
And will it end commanded to enter the top of the head.
And to flow down all of you.
To flow down all the centres of all your chakras.
Like a beam of light.
And let it continue to go down to both your feet.
And continue down their roots.
To the centre of beautiful mother earth.
And illuminate that little bow where you anchored those roots.
And breathe that white light back up to you once more.
And will it end commanded to fill out the aura.
Spreading the white light through the aura.
Let the power of this light seal and repair the aura.
Keep breathing the whitest of light into the aura to also balance the shape.
A beautiful oval egg shape all around the body.
Feeling completely lit up.
Now relax in this moment allowing to smile inside.
With the heart fully open.
And it's time to bring in now,
If you wish,
Your power animal and your spirit guide.
To surround you with their love and their wisdom.
Resting now in waves of love.
