Good morning.
Make yourself comfortable sitting somewhere where you can relax and you won't be disturbed.
Ensure that you've got a supportive posture.
Become aware of your breathing.
Allowing it to lengthen,
If that's right,
But really just observing.
Bringing your awareness to yourself so that all of that external stuff for a moment is far away from the focus of your attention.
And aware of what you've brought with you this morning to the meditation.
And if there's anything irrelevant or unhelpful that you don't want with you now,
You can let it go.
And so if you know what your plans are for today,
You can imagine those now.
So you might imagine what you'll see,
What you'll be seeing,
What you'll be hearing,
Maybe even what you'll be feeling.
And if you don't have particular plans for today or you don't know what's going to happen,
Go with what is known.
Start with your own presence and any places that you know you'll pass through.
And any times which you know you'll pass through.
And so if you're someone who has Reiki,
You can begin now to send that Reiki to yourself in the situations that you'll find yourself in today.
And maybe even to the other people that you may find yourself interacting with today.
And if you're not someone who's familiar with Reiki,
You can just send some loving kindness.
So send wishes for peace,
Health,
Happiness,
Security.
Any of those blessings that you might wish on yourself and on others.
Blessings that you wish to manifest in this situation.
And just spend some time now imagining those positive energies reaching your day.
