Ce que vous apprendrez
Sleep Alchemy is a 3-day Yoga Nidra for Sleep course designed to gently guide your nervous system out of stress and into deep rest. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest. Research shows it can support those experiencing insomnia, nighttime anxiety, difficulty falling asleep, and restless or overactive minds. Across 3 nights, join Gabriella as she guides you through breath awareness, body sensing, nervous system balancing practices, and calming visualisations — all designed to help you fall asleep naturally, without effort. Each session ends in silence, allowing you to drift directly into sleep. This course is ideal if you: - Struggle to fall or stay asleep - Experience nighttime anxiety or racing thoughts - Feel wired but tired - Want a gentle, non-effort-based approach to rest No experience is needed. Simply lie down, listen, and rest.

Arriving In Rest
Welcome to the beginning of our Yoga Nidra journey. Day One is devoted to something many of us rarely experience fully: permission to rest. In a world that conditions us to perform, produce, optimise, and improve, simply arriving without agenda can feel unfamiliar. This first session gently dismantles the idea that rest must be earned. This is not about trying to sleep. It’s not about meditating “correctly.” It’s not about forcing the body to relax or the mind to quiet down. Instead, this practice invites you into a space of safety and a space where nothing is required of you. Through guided awareness and gentle orientation, you’ll be supported in settling your nervous system and reconnecting with a foundational sense of inner steadiness. Whether your mind feels busy or your body feels restless, everything is welcome here. Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep,” but it is truly a practice of conscious rest, a state where the body can soften while awareness remains present. In this first episode, we focus on creating internal safety, so rest becomes something allowed rather than achieved. You don’t need to do anything special to prepare. Simply arrive as you are. This is your invitation to pause. To soften. To let yourself be held in rest — without effort. Welcome to Day One.

Letting Go Of The Day
Welcome back. Day Two of our Yoga Nidra for Sleep journey is devoted to a gentle and compassionate process: letting go of the day. So often, when we lie down at night, the body may be tired… but the mind is still carrying everything with it. Conversations replay. To-do lists resurface. Moments linger long after the lights are out. This session is an invitation to set the day down. Not by pushing it away.
Not by judging what happened.
Not by trying to “clear” your thoughts. But by allowing the experiences of the day to soften and gradually dissolve, just as you are about to. In Yoga Nidra, we don’t attempt to empty the mind. Instead, we create the inner conditions where the mind no longer needs to hold everything at once. As the body settles and the breath slows, the nervous system receives a quiet message: it is safe to unwind. You may notice thoughts drifting through.
That’s okay. You may notice moments of spaciousness where very little seems to be happening.
That’s okay too. There is no right experience here. Only a gradual unwinding and a gentle transition from doing into being. Tonight is about release.
About softening your grip on the day.
About allowing rest to begin before sleep even arrives. Welcome to Day Two.

Trusting Sleep
In this third and final session of our Yoga Nidra for Sleep journey, we shift from effort into trust. Many of us unknowingly turn sleep into a task, as if its something to achieve, manage, or control. But true rest begins when striving ends. Day 3 is an invitation to release the pressure to “fall asleep” and instead create the inner conditions where sleep can arrive naturally. Through guided Yoga Nidra, you’ll be supported in softening mental vigilance, easing performance anxiety around sleep, and reconnecting with your body’s innate intelligence. This practice gently recalibrates the nervous system, allowing you to move from control into surrender and from doing into being. Rather than chasing sleep, you’ll cultivate trust in it. This final episode is especially supportive if you: • Feel anxious about falling asleep • Notice racing thoughts at bedtime • Struggle with trying too hard to rest • Want to deepen your relationship with effortless sleep Let this be the night you stop trying and start allowing.
