Body Scan
Get started with this 20-minute foundational meditation. After a relaxing body scan, this meditation introduces the basics: comfort in the body, wakefulness in the breath, inner sensitivity, and reverence for the Kundalinī Shakti.

Lesson 3
Connecting to Life Force
In this lesson, we approach the Kundalini by connecting with our life force or prana. The anchor for the meditation is a visualization following the breath moving up and down vertically within us.

Lesson 4
Introducing Pranayama
In this guided meditation, we introduce the practice of pranayama to help us connect with Kundalini. It's a very simple practice–simply consciously increasing the velocity and intensity of the breath.

Lesson 5
Ujjayi Pranayama
In this guided meditation, we introduce a practice known as ujjayi pranayama. It's a breathing practice where we slow and extend the breath to deepen our connection with the breath and invoke tremendous inner spaciousness.

Active Receiving
In this guided meditation, we practice active receiving. We use visualization, pranayama practice, and deep relaxation to cultivate an inner sensitivity and actively connect to and receive the subtle power of Kundalini.

Lesson 7
Recognizing Kundalini
In this guided meditation, we build on the previous days and add an awareness of Kundalini manifesting as all experiences in meditation and learn how to "lean in" to the energy, however it may appear, while we're sitting.

The Cave of the Heart
In this guided meditation, we use all the tools: breath, visualization, receptivity, and introduce the image of the "heart cave". Within this inner space, we learn how to have an interactive connection with Kundalini.

Lesson 9
Connecting to the Four Bodies
Day 8 begins the second week of meditations! In this guided practice, we connect deeply with the four bodies (gross, subtle, causal, supracausal) described in the yogic texts. This week, the meditations are increasing in length from 20 to 30 minutes.

The Central Channel
In this guided meditation, we connect to the subtle body. We explore the central channel known as the sushumna nadi running from the floor of our pelvis to the crown of our head. Meditations on this central column are classic kundalini meditations.

Lesson 11
Introducing Mantra Practice
In this guided meditation, we delve into the ancient practice of mantra. We use the mantra Om or Aum. Om is said to be the primordial sound of the universe and the origin of all mantras. Om is the sound of the Kundalini shakti, and working with it as a mantra is a powerful way to connect with Kundalini.

The Seven Chakras
In this guided meditation, we visualize the 7 classical energy centers or chakras. We take time to focus the mantra Om into each of the 7 centers and invite the kundalini shakti to bless, heal, and activate the centers.

Bhramari Pranayama
In this guided meditation, we introduce the practice known as bhramari pranayama. Bhramari is the practice of adding an audible buzz to the exhalation. It sounds like the buzzing of bees. It's a powerful way to prepare our inner being to experience the subtle power of Kundalini.

The Three Hearts and Kumbhaka Pranayama
In this guided meditation, we introduce two new practices. One is focusing on the the Three Hearts, based on the Tantric teaching of the Three Bindus. In each of the three hearts, we will practice kumbhaka pranayama–retention of the breath.

The Guru Within
In this guided meditation, we learn to connect to the power of the Inner Guru. In the Kundalini Mahayoga tradition, we understand the Kundalini to be the power of the Inner Guru. In this practice, we practice breathing out unwanted energies in the Three Hearts and replacing them with the energy of the Inner Guru in the form of visualized light.

De-Gunking: Healing and Clearing the Chakras
In this guided meditation, we focus on the seven chakras and practice what we call de-gunking. We focus on each of the chakras and acknowledge both the sacred energy there as well as the energies that veil and cover the sacred power.

Healing the Three Hearts
In this guided meditation, we once again connect with the Three Hearts and explore the healing power of Kundalini Shakti. We use the mantra Om and intentional breath to move through the Three Hearts with the intention of freeing ourselves from subtle impressions.

In this guided meditation, we explore our relationship with the Divine. God, Spirit, Higher Power, Source...whatever we call it. We use breath and awareness of the inner energy to let Kundalini Shakti reveal what is separating us from the Divine and help to dissolve these blocks and hindrances.

Kumbhaka in the Seven Chakras
In this guided meditation, we use ujjayi pranayama and kumbhaka (breath retention) in the 7 chakras. The aim is to use the breath practice and awareness of Kundalini to help us let go of our resistance to the Divine.
