You you Loving breath meditation Make your body comfortable in your seat When you're ready close your eyes and Begin by noticing your breath just as it is right now Notice the quality of your breathing if it feels easy or difficult And as you feel your breath coming in and out also notice the energetic quality of your body right now Do you feel tired do you feel energized?

Begin by simply getting deeply in touch with your body deeply in touch with your breathing And relaxing your body deeply Start with your head in your face Relax your head relax your face Feel your breath Relax your arms from the armpits all the way down to the palms of your hands You can have a slight lift in your chest but relax your shoulders relax the skin of your back Relax your belly Relax down into your pelvis your hips your back Relax down into your pelvis your hips your legs all the way down to the soles of your feet All of your body is relaxing and receiving your breath It's relaxing and receiving your breath Now as you breathe Start to breathe with the energy of love Breathe so that every in-breath every out-breath is like a loving caress A loving caress.

Every breath is like a loving stroke on your heart like the way that you might stroke an animal that you were trying to soothe or calm down the way that you would touch a child that was afraid As you start to get the knack of this as you start to really feel that energy of love woven into the inhalation and the exhalation Take it a little bit deeper You'll notice how you can relax your body in a certain way where you're deeply receiving this loving breath even as you yourself are doing the loving breath These are the two sides One side is you're giving the love the other side is you are receiving the love And you can feel in your energy field where you most need this loving touch You can feel that part of you that is most hungry for this soothing vibration that you're bringing in your breath.

It might be in your heart center,

It might be in your belly or somewhere else in your energy field Every one of these soothing loving breaths helps you relax a little more,

Helps you to open and soften a little more Don't judge anything that comes up as you do this Sometimes when we practice the loving breath meditation there's an emotional release that wants to happen.

Whatever happens just be with it,

Embrace it,

Give it more love,

More loving breath Same thing goes if it doesn't feel like the loving breath is getting deep enough,

Like it's soothing you enough,

Be patient and just keep going every breath You're giving the love,

You're receiving the love.

How sweet can you make this loving breath?

How deep can you receive the sweetness in your being right now?

So only you know the places in you that need this loving touch right now Let your breath find those places and let those places in you receive this love and be soothed,

Be healed in this moment Whatever else arises keep coming back to the loving breath If stories arise see if you can let them go Don't push them away but just let them go Just keep loving,

Keep breathing,

Keep receiving that love A little bit more How sweet can you make your breath?

How deeply can you receive the sweetness,

The soothing,

The healing energy in your breath?

How deeply can you receive the sweetness,

The soothing,

The healing energy in your breath?

You can let your body move You can let your breath be a little bit deeper Gradually without rushing you can let your eyes come open again
