For this meditation,

You want your body to be very comfortable.

You can do it sitting up as long as your body is supported in a way where it can deeply,

Deeply relax.

Otherwise,

You can lie down for this meditation.

Again,

Ensuring that you're in a comfortable position.

When you've got yourself set up,

When you're ready,

Close your eyes.

And first,

Just get used to the sound of my voice guiding you.

Feel your body however it is right now,

Not even trying to change it.

Just notice the condition of your body.

If you're tired,

If you're energized,

If you're in pain,

If you're well,

If you're unwell,

Just notice it.

Take a few rounds of deeper breath and just allow it.

Allow it to be however it is right now.

This meditation is for healing and that healing can be on many different levels.

You can have healing on the physical level.

You can have healing on the level of your mind and your emotions.

You can have healing on an energetic level,

Even on a soul level.

You can even use this meditation to invoke healing in your life,

Healing in your relationships,

Healing in your work,

Healing in the world even.

But we begin by really getting here,

Really arriving here.

We're going to go through those different layers that I described.

And even if your focus is deeply on one of the layers,

Allow yourself to go through the process on all of the layers.

We know that all of these are connected.

So allow yourself to embrace all of the dimensions of healing.

Let's begin with the physical body.

Scan through your body from the top of your head to the soles of your feet.

And as you scan through,

Really notice what is calling for healing in this moment.

What's calling for this energy.

And then we're going to hold in our awareness these areas,

These aspects of our physical body.

And the visualization is actually embracing them.

It's actually holding them.

Whatever it is,

If it's an illness,

If it's a pain,

If it's a aspect that is not the way that you want it to be,

Maybe it's a body part,

Maybe it's a symptom that we're experiencing in the physical body.

We're going to visualize embracing it,

Visualize holding it with great love,

Not trying to fix it,

Not trying to even change it.

The healing is in the embrace.

It's the energy that we hold the wound in.

It might be a wound,

It might be some other condition.

We're going to embrace it with love and hold it in love and imagine the loving energy of our breath,

Surrounding it,

Penetrating it.

And really like do both sides so you're giving the love,

But within your physical body,

You're also receiving it.

It's your body,

It's your condition.

So you're receiving it at the same time that you're giving it.

Breath by breath,

You're just invoking this super positive life-giving energy,

Embracing whatever needs to be embraced with that.

Now,

Whatever the condition is in the physical body that you're working with,

There's also a condition in your emotions,

In your mind related to it,

Sadness,

Fear,

Grief,

Self-hatred.

As you embrace the physical ailment or the physical condition,

The physical wound in this loving energy,

Also embrace the emotional toll.

Embrace the weight of carrying this condition,

The fear about this condition,

The struggle of not wanting to have it,

Even if it's something very little.

We have a cold and we don't want to have a cold.

That struggle,

That's the weight.

See if you can let that go.

See if you can embrace the mental,

Emotional toll related to whatever conditions you're working with.

See how much you can love your body just as it is.

See how much you can hold your condition in love,

Even the mental and emotional reaction to the conditions.

See if you can hold that in love too.

See if you can hold that in love too.

See if you can hold that in love too.

See if you can hold that in love too.

See if you can hold that in love too.

See if you can hold that in love too.

And then there are conditions that call for healing that are not physical.

They're mental.

They're emotional.

Just as we all have physical body and that physical body is always changing,

Moving through different conditions,

Wellness and unwellness.

So is our mind,

So is our emotional body.

We know that there's a connection.

We have reactions to the ailments in our physical body that live in our emotions,

But we have ailments,

We have conditions,

We have wounds that have no physical location.

Traumas,

Painful memories,

Heartbreaks,

Heartaches,

Fears,

Intrusive,

Painful memories.

Intrusive thoughts.

Feelings of depression.

Feelings of hopelessness.

Deep sorrow.

Numbness.

Self-hatred.

The list could go on and on.

As you breathe,

You feel your physical body outline.

You can imagine your mental and emotional body like an energy field that permeates the physical body.

And if you zero in on any of those aspects of your mind or emotions that need the healing,

You can usually find them in the energy field.

It feels like they're in your stomach.

It feels like they're in your face,

In your womb.

Or someplace else.

Sometimes we have some of these wounds that are very deep that have been with us a long time.

Some of them so persistent,

They make up a big part of our persona.

Our life has been shaped to a greater or lesser degree by some of these wounds.

We want to really honor that.

We want to really hold these wounds with so much care.

And just as we did with the conditions of the body,

We're going to hold whatever these wounds are,

Whatever these heartbreaks,

Heartaches,

Persistence,

Hauntings,

Whatever they are.

In this meditation,

We're going to hold them with so much love.

We're going to embrace them,

Not try to change them.

We can use the energy,

The subtle energy,

The magical energy of our breath to just breathe into those places where we feel these wounds are housed.

They may feel like they're in our body.

Just bring that sweet breath there and just hold them in that healing embrace.

Not about making the wound go away,

But holding it in love,

Giving it space.

Your breath may want to change.

You may want to bring more breath or gentler breath.

Your body may even want to move and kind of help this process.

It's okay.

Just follow it.

Sometimes when there's a place you find that energy in your body,

You might want to put your hands there,

Use your hands to really give yourself that sense of embracing whatever that woundedness is.

You may be connected to the physical body,

Honor that connection,

Use your breath.

And just as we explored with the physical body,

We have our own secondary wounds and secondary suffering when we react to our mental and emotional woundedness in a contracted way.

We don't want to be sad.

We don't want to be traumatized.

We don't want to have that memory.

We don't want to be unhappy.

No,

No,

No.

There's part of us that struggles against these ways.

Some of them are really self-sabotaging tendencies that we learn to hate ourselves for,

Judge ourselves for.

You know what to do when you find those secondary wounds,

Those reactions to the mental and emotional wounds.

You embrace them too with your breath.

Embracing all of it,

We're embracing all of it,

Breath by breath.

All of your heartaches,

All of your heartbreaks,

All of your traumas and mental wounds.

Love is the medicine.

Then,

Let's also look at our life.

Let's look at our karma.

Let's look at our relationships.

Let's look at our interactions with the world.

Let's look at our work.

Let's look at our money.

Branching off from wherever your body is in this moment in all directions.

You have connections to people and places and things and projects.

Stretching back into history.

Breathing out in concentric circles in this present moment and extending forward through time out in front of you.

You have these connections.

You have a life and take this moment to feel your body within your life.

This moment within the wider moment of your existence.

How is it?

Are there areas in your life that need healing?

Are there relationships?

Are there situations that are not as well as you would like them to be?

Release them in this moment,

Accept them.

But also,

Really own the feeling of being connected to these situations that are not optimal.

We know it's all connected.

So as you let yourself scan through and find these areas,

These situations that are calling for healing,

Feel how they connect to your mind,

To your emotions,

To your body.

You see,

There's like a chain reaction where you remember that relationship or you remember that situation.

Your heart contracts a little bit and some place in your body also tenses up.

You remember some aspect of your life and suddenly your mind starts blurting out worries or intrusive thoughts,

Fears,

Old stories.

Hold these situations in your life in the same healing love energy,

Not about fixing them,

At least not right now.

You may have a chance to take some action,

But right now you're just going to hold these situations in your loving awareness and let them receive that love.

Breath by breath.

Without imagining that you're actually trying to change or manipulate or control the situations,

It can be very healing to visualize the situations becoming more well,

Becoming more whole,

Becoming more aligned with love and wisdom.

There can be healing,

There can be progress,

There can be evolution,

And there can be situations that just are as they are.

Either way,

The medicine is love.

Like with your mental and emotional wounds,

Like with conditions in your body,

For every situation in your life that is unwell,

You have a reaction,

You have an opinion,

You have some kind of a chain reaction in your mind and your emotions.

You know what to do.

Embrace your disappointment,

Embrace your fear,

Embrace your rigid self-righteousness,

Whatever is there,

Embrace it in that energy of love.

Your soul is on a journey,

Moving through life with a body,

With a mind and a heart.

You're embracing the whole journey,

Your physical body,

Your mind and your emotions,

Your life,

Your relationships,

Your relationship with the world.

You can make better and better choices,

You can take care of all these aspects of yourself,

But for this meditation,

You're just letting all of it be held in the light of loving awareness.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

This is how the healing happens.

So your life,

Your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

Still breathing,

Still breathing,

Still embracing,

Still receiving this love,

This healing.

Start to complete this practice by deepening your breath.

Feel your physical body,

However it is,

Wherever it is.

Feel your mind and your emotions,

However they are.

Gradually you can let your body move,

Wiggle your fingers and toes maybe.

When you're ready,

Take your time,

Open your eyes.

There's nothing wrong with feeling.

You

I came from an intense training. This meditation touched on many of the things I didn't realize I needed to acknowledge. I will do it for a few days in a row.

Many thanks for a relaxing, calm experience. A wonderful meditation for many reasons as well as being healing. If youโ€™re wanting to drift of to sleep, this is perfect as youโ€™ll still hear the message subliminally. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโ˜ฎ๏ธ๐ŸŒป

I resonated so much with this meditation. I felt an expansion & alignment between mind, body, spirit & energy fields. I found a calmness in surrender & acceptance. I felt safety & peace in the hum & stillness of body along with loss of structure & form with all over feelings of out-of-body & pure vibration. Beautiful just beautiful ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’—
