Harshada Wagner is a master meditation teacher, author, artist, and proud father who has dedicated more than 30 years of his life to the path of spiritual awakening, and radical self-transformation. His style, known as Big Heart Meditation, is both spiritual and very down-to-earth, so it's approachable to students from all walks of life. Harshada is classically trained in the traditions of Yoga, Vedanta, Bhakti, and Tantric Shaivism. Harshada spent many years living in traditional ashrams learning the path of Mahāyoga, which works with the awakened Kundalinī energy. He is known for making traditional mystical teachings and deep meditation practices accessible, and helping people transform their lives through the application of spiritual principles. He trains meditation teachers and travels worldwide offering retreats and workshops and works with individuals to help them navigate the sometimes murky waters of spiritual awakening and deep soul-level healing. He is the author of BACKBONE – the Modern Man’s Ultimate Guide to Purpose Passion and Power, and On the Field of Dharma, based on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. He is currently authoring a book on the fundamentals of the deep meditation he teaches.

This was so amazing. Very calming but so immersive. Update: This is hands down my favorite meditation. It's become my daily practice and I always feel amazing afterwards.

This was a great meditation. I love that it started with releasing the pent up negative energy in the body then moved into calming and refocusing on what is actually important. I've used this multiple times and I end in a much better emotional place when I'm done.
