Guidelines
In this recording, Lorraine suggests how you can use the meditations to gain the most benefit. This is from her personal experience of applying the forgiveness meditations to her life.
In essence, she suggests practising each individual audio regularly (daily) for 3 practices, before moving onto the 2nd audio (practice 3 times), then the 3rd audio.

Freedom Through Forgiveness - Healing The Physical Body
In this session, you'll listen to a meditation that will focus on how to bring the healing energy of forgiveness to the physical body to help heal aches, tension, tiredness, and bring the physical body into balance.
To receive the maximum benefit from this, we recommend that you practice this recording regularly (if possible, daily) for 3 to 7 times before moving on to the next meditation practice.

Freedom Through Forgiveness - Accepting The Emotional Body
In this session, you'll listen to a meditation that will bring your attention to the emotional body and how practising a forgiveness meditation, as we focus on feelings, can help to release long-held resentments and grief. As the physical body is closely connected to the emotional body, you may find a release physically, too.
You may also wish to consider that we can hold unforgiveness towards the self for past actions and decisions, so this meditation good practice that supports self-compassion.
There is a short introduction in this track - the main meditation begins 2 minutes into the recording.
Leçon 4
Freedom Through Forgiveness - Balancing The Mental Body
In this session, you'll listen to a meditation that concentrates on the mental energy connected to forgiveness/unforgiveness. Working with the gentle awarenesss you'll be guided to let go of thought patterns and reframe your connection to the source of unforgiveness. To experience the most benefit from this meditation, try practicing it regularly for 3 to 7 times (daily if possible) to complete this forgiveness meditation healing course. In this meditation, it is suggested that you lie down, covered with a blanket, as you'll be invited to place your hands on parts of your head for self-healing and balance.

Experiencing The Deep Benefits Of Forgiveness
Thank you for taking part in this short course, and we hope that it has helped you mentally, emotionally, and physically. Once you have completed it, the suggestion is to come back and, with an intuitive heart, choose when you need to practice for mental, emotional, or physical healing and select the meditation you need to complement your personal meditation practice.
