Hi and welcome to this guided energy healing meditation.
My name is Lorraine Murray.
I am a Karuna Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher and I would like to share this guided meditation with you.
If you would like to just find a quiet and comfortable space for you to either lie down or be seated,
Please make sure you won't be disturbed and if you're comfortable to do so,
Gently close your eyes and start to focus on your breath.
Just your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Every time you breathe out,
Just give yourself permission to soften your body or adjust your position a little bit more to get comfortable.
Acknowledge any thoughts and just let them go.
I want you to imagine that I am behind you and I'm going to rest my hands on your shoulders.
I want you to imagine that the part of you that brought you to this guided meditation,
The part that loves you very deeply and wants you to heal,
Is now drawing that beautiful healing energy through me,
Through my hands and into your shoulders.
You might want to give this energy a colour if it helps you to visualise or just allow yourself to accept this beautiful healing energy that is flowing through my hands,
Being drawn deep within your shoulders into this part of your body.
And I'm just going to give you a little bit of space to imagine this happening.
Now I would like you to imagine that I have more than one pair of hands because I'm going to place my hands on your crown but also around your ears and over your eyes.
I want you to imagine that the healing energy continues to flow easily and gently through my hands,
Being drawn into this part of your body.
And again I'm going to give you some space to just experience this,
To allow this beautiful energy to flow through and be drawn deep within this part of you that needs healing and balance.
Now I want you to imagine that my hands move down towards the space around your neck.
And just imagine that the healing energy has been drawn through my hands and is flowing easily and gently into all the area around your neck.
Just imagine this part of your body absorbing these healing rays,
Drawing exactly what it needs in this moment to bring you back into balance.
And just be curious about what you feel,
See or sense.
Now my hands move down towards your chest.
One hand in front of your chest,
One hand behind your chest.
And the healing vibration flows easily and gently to fill the whole of your chest with a beautiful healing vibration.
Imagine it being absorbed into every part of you,
In this part of your body,
The organs,
The muscles,
The bones,
Everything.
Now my hands move down towards the core of your body,
The trunk of your body.
And this time the healing rays flow into this part of you,
Being absorbed into all the digestive organs and everything in the core of your body.
Drawing in that healing vibration exactly where you need it this moment in time.
And now my hands move down towards your pelvis.
You may wish to imagine they move to your hips or perhaps in front of your pelvis and one behind your lower back.
Drawing the healing vibration into this lower part of your body to bring healing,
Balance and peace.
Now my hands move down towards the soles of your feet.
And this healing frequency is being drawn through my hands into the soles of your feet and all the way up your legs through your knees to the very base of your spine.
And this beautiful vibration is being absorbed into this lower part of your body.
Just notice and sense and feel how nurtured your body is,
Drawing this healing vibration to help it feel more grounded and safe.
And this beautiful healing has taken place and perhaps helped to dissolve some of the energy blockages that you have in your body.
So to assist this process I want you to imagine that you are now standing underneath a beautiful waterfall of light.
You can allow this to be any colour you choose.
And imagine that the healing light moves through your crown and around your body,
Cleansing and clearing and allowing you to let go of anything that doesn't serve you and all of it being drawn down to the earth for it to dissolve into there.
So let's spend a few moments just standing underneath this waterfall of light.
So now I want you to just bring your attention back really gently towards your breath,
Noticing its rhythm and pace.
And take your attention into the sense of touch so you can notice where your body is resting and touching the floor or whatever you happen to be resting on.
And before you open your eyes perhaps just take a moment to affirm to yourself the following words.
I am safe.
I am supported.
And I want you to now just come back to your breath and perhaps bring a little bit of movement to fingers and toes,
Bringing yourself back gently into a stretch if you want to.
This is now the end of the healing.
