Welcome to the sleep meditation using the Ganesh mantra.
Ganesh being the remover of obstacles.
So if you're struggling to get to sleep,
This meditation is to help you get to and stay asleep.
I'm going to be repeating the mantra.
I just want you to listen to it and to feel and imagine the vibration of the words.
Just connecting into each level of awareness from your conscious state into your alpha state and into your theta and delta state.
I suggest an intention for the start of this long sleep.
So if the obstacle is sleep itself,
Then set the intention to remove obstacles to having a good night's sleep.
Perhaps it's also an intention to set for something you'd like to experience in your conscious state.
Perhaps it's to remove obstacles to peace,
Joy,
Contentment or gratitude.
So just choose whatever you need this meditation to be for in terms of removing obstacles and then get comfortable.
Let's move into a comfortable relaxed position.
Just allow the body to adjust a little bit more.
Close your eyes.
You start to notice your breath moving in and out of your body.
As you listen to the sound of the words,
Just allow them to flow around you and through your energy system,
Through your body,
Through your thoughts,
Through the energy of your feelings.
Soothing and calming.
