The Inner Refuge Guided Meditation
This guided meditation builds on the previous lesson's teaching. It is designed to lead you into The Inner Refuge as a first-hand experience, so you can get a sense of the freedom it holds.
Leçon 3
Exploring The Internal Universe
This lesson teaches the next stage in the practice, Vedana. This is a Buddhist word and it means feeling tones. It is a very important and often overlooked part of mindfulness practice. When we become more aware of our feeling tones, we can observe our reaction to arising phenomena. This helps us to learn how to let go.
Leçon 4
Long Meditation On "Exploring Your Internal Universe"
This is a guided meditation of almost thirty minutes long. It is the perfect length to take the teaching in at a deep level. The whole course has been building up to this meditation. This is a wisdom practice which can bring about life-changing insights if practised daily.
