Ce que vous apprendrez
This course is an introduction to the foundational breathwork techniques that have the power to transform your relationship with your body, your mind, and your everyday life. Over seven sessions, you will build a personal toolkit of breathing practices — moving from the simplest, most grounding techniques through to more energising breathwork — and finish knowing exactly how and when to use each one. Whether you are brand new to breathwork or looking to deepen an existing practice, this course meets you where you are.

Leçon 1
Introduction To Breathwork — What It Is, How It Works, And Why It Matters
In this first session, we explore the foundations of breathwork — what it is, where it comes from, and why the breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for regulating the nervous system and supporting our wellbeing. We'll look at the different styles of breathwork and the benefits each can offer, giving you a clear map of what's ahead in this course.
Leçon 2
An Introduction To Diaphragmatic Breathing
In this session, we explore belly breathing — also known as diaphragmatic breathing — the most foundational breathwork technique of all. Learning to breathe fully into the belly rather than shallowly into the chest is where everything begins, and one of the most powerful tools you can have for finding calm quickly.
Leçon 3
Dirga Breath — The Three-Part Breath
In this session, we explore the Dirga breath, also known as the three-part breath. Building on belly breathing, this practice invites a fuller, deeper breath than we are used to in everyday life — grounding, regulating, and quietly transformative
Leçon 4
Nadi Shodhana — Alternate Nostril Breathing
In this session, we explore Nadi Shodhana — the ancient yogic practice of alternate nostril breathing. Translating as "channel cleansing," this technique works to balance the nervous system, clear the mind, and restore a sense of equilibrium. One of the most effective breathwork practices for quieting an overactive mind.
Leçon 5
Bhramari — Bee Breath
In this session, we explore Bhramari, known as bee breath. Using the simple power of humming, this practice creates a vibrational resonance in the body that soothes the nervous system quickly and effectively — particularly useful for moments of anxiety, overwhelm, or an overactive mind.
Leçon 6
Kapalabhati — Skull Shining Breath
In this session, we explore Kapalabhati, known as skull shining breath. Unlike the calming practices earlier in this course, Kapalabhati is energising and activating — using rhythmic, forceful exhales to clear stagnant energy, sharpen focus, and invigorate the body and mind.
Leçon 7
Your Breathwork Toolkit — How And When To Use Each Technique
In this final session, we bring everything together. Now that you have explored each of the techniques in this course, we look at how and when to use them in your everyday life — so you leave not just with the skills, but with the confidence to reach for the right breath at the right moment.
