Rachel Ive is the voice, teacher, and guide behind Awaken with Rachel — a space for guided meditation, somatic healing, breathwork, and spiritual inquiry rooted in the belief that sensitivity is not a weakness to manage, but a wisdom to inhabit. Her path was shaped by years living and teaching across Asia — based in Vietnam, with time spent in Bali and Thailand — where she trained deeply with teachers steeped in yogic philosophy and Buddhist tradition. Those years changed something fundamental: the way she understood the body, stillness, and what it actually means to slow down. She returned not just with certifications, but with a felt knowledge of practice that can only come from living inside it. Rachel holds over 300 hours of advanced yoga teacher training and is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Somatic Facilitator, Breathwork Guide, and Life Coach and Mentor. Her work draws on somatic psychology, yoga philosophy, Buddhist values, and a genuine love of the mystical — translated into practices that are grounded, accessible, and real. She works with women who feel everything deeply: empaths, highly sensitive people, and high-achievers who are beginning to understand that their sensitivity and their ambition are not opposites. Her sessions offer support for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and the quieter work of reconnecting with your own inner knowing. Really enjoyed this practice. My hips are often tight and holding tension. I was feeling very restless this morning and this really helpful me to slow down and be present with my body. Also nice to have some video practices if I miss the live ones. Thank you Rachel 💙
