We explore the intricate journey of the Manomaya kosha, which is the mind layer, where profound thinking and emotional depths intertwine. For highly sensitive individuals, this layer can be a formidable challenge, as our minds tend to get entangled in narratives and emotional charges, often absorbing others' emotions like sponges. In this mindfulness practice, you will visualize the element of Fire to purify the body and mind.

Awakening Intuition And Bliss
In the final 2 layers of holistic healing, we awaken the Vijnanamaya kosha, our intuitive wisdom body which is light and playful like the element of Air. The Anandamaya kosha is pure bliss - our enlightened connection to the divine and the Ethers. Nurturing the other koshas allows us to receive intuitive insights and emanate natural bliss. You will be guided in a Yoga Nidra practice to open these subtle bodies.
