Find a comfortable position.

Move all of your awareness to this part of your body,

Feel a warmth and a pulsation in this area.
Now relax your scalp and let it go.
Become aware of your eyebrows,
Eyelids,
And all the tiny muscles that surround your eyes.
Relax these muscles and let them go.
Move down to your mouth,
Tongue,
And jaw.
Let your jaw drop.
Breathe into your shoulders and release any tension hiding there.
They start to feel warmer and loose and more relaxed.
This feeling of relaxation is flowing down your entire body like a wave.
Your body is in its natural state of relaxation.
You feel light,
And edgeless.
I will count from the number five down to one and with each descending number,
You feel yourself going deeper and deeper,
Feeling more relaxed and centered.
Five,
Going deeper.
Four,
Going within.
Three,
Two,
And one.
You are now at one with your inner essence and true nature.
Now take a deep breath and let's begin to build our very own movie screen of the mind.
Imagine a big,
White,
Empty screen and place it at a distance in front of you,
Elevated on a stage.
Using your imagination,
Make it as large as you want with a nice white frame to highlight your positive outcome.
Take a few moments to design and build your very own projection screen and just make it in a theater with a really comfy seat for you right in the middle.
Gently bring to mind your intention and try to focus on the positive outcome that you desire.
You don't dream in words,
So that's why we need pictures to be able to communicate directly with the brain to let it know what we exactly want.
You're the director,
The cast,
And the crew.
Be creative and imagine your personal intention coming to life in all its details up on the screen.
See yourself up on that screen acting as if the goal you have in mind has already been achieved.
See yourself feeling really happy and proud with your results.
Become totally involved using all your inner senses,
So don't just see it,
Feel it.
Use a sense of touch,
Feel the fabric of the clothes you're wearing,
Or maybe it's the sand on the beach of a tropical vacation that you're aiming for.
Using your sense of touch,
Make the details of your final success feel real.
And listen to all the sounds in the environment.
What's it like?
What does it sound like when you finally achieve that goal?
Is it music playing?
Is it crowd cheering?
An announcer's voice?
Or is there laughter?
Are you celebrating at a party your favorite song is on?
Become involved with the whole scene and what it sounds like.
Using another sense,
Taste your favorite food or a celebration drink when your goal is reached.
What sort of taste do you have?
Maybe you can taste some of the healthy food that you now choose.
Maybe you can taste the saltwater from the ocean.
What does your scene actually taste like?
Become aware of the smells in the air.
Can you smell a bouquet of flowers?
Or maybe you can smell the balmy breeze.
What sort of smells are surrounding you in this happy,
Fulfilling,
Satisfying achievement of your goal?
Use all five inner senses to fully tune into this scene of success.
Remember to have fun.
Get excited.
Hold up those grades.
See yourself putting on the medal,
Tightening your belt,
Walking around in that smaller size,
Shaking hands with that new boss.
See yourself celebrating.
See it all up on the screen like a movie.
Looking at the reactions of the people around you in your life.
They're all so happy for you too.
Make sure to add lots of positive emotion.
Feeling good,
Feeling happy and excited.
It adds so much energy to the goal.
I'll mind the time while you watch your movie of success in all its detail.
Filling in all the little details.
Allow your images to gently rest and filter into the depths of your inner mind.
Say to yourself,
I can do anything I set my mind to.
I am ready for success.
You can bring to mind your movie screen a few times a day to reinforce your goal whenever you feel a need to,
Especially before bedtime to go to sleep with that final scene playing.
Always only see the white light end result.
Time to leave the movie theater,
Trusting in the visions.
