Welcome.
How would you like to use more of your intuition and open yourself up to that inner voice,
Making it louder and more powerful?
Well,
Here's a meditation just for that.
So prepare to relax.
Let's begin by sitting comfortably with a straight yet relaxed spine,
Eyes closed,
Arms and palms in a relaxed position.
Remember this is your time just for you.
Let's begin by taking a deep breath.
Then tell yourself to relax.
Bring your awareness to the very top of your head.
Become aware of a pulsation under the skin.
Now relax your scalp.
Become aware of the warmth.
Relax the top of your head.
Now move down to your eyebrows,
Eyelids and all those tiny muscles that surround your eyes.
Relax and let them go.
Move down your face.
Release your jaw.
Let it drop open.
Open your arms and hands.
Relax,
Let them go.
You may become aware of a tingling sensation in the palms of your hands.
Feel this energy and this relaxation moving down your body like a wave.
As you become aware of your feet relaxing and the soles of your feet,
Feel a tingling sensation here on the bottom of your foot,
A pulsation and a warmth.
Now we're nice and relaxed.
I'd like you to visualize your very own beautiful garden full of your favorite flowers as well as some new ones you've never seen before.
So use your imagination or visualize a garden you already know and love.
Everyone has a completely unique garden.
What is yours like?
Is it landscaped to zen perfection?
Or is it left wild and naturally lovely in design?
Take a moment to enjoy all the beauty your special garden has to offer.
Use your five inner senses to see all the details,
Smell the fragrances.
Feel the sun on your face.
Feel the cool green grass under your feet.
Hear the sounds of nature all around you.
Smell the amazing bouquet as you pass by your flowers.
There may be a seed or a gazebo place in there for you to meditate.
See all the colors of the flowers.
This is your place.
This is your happy place that you can come to to become centered and calm.
Now become aware of a free flowing river running through your garden.
This beautiful stream of water keeps moving around the pebbles and the rocks flowing out past the horizon.
All rivers lead to the sea eventually.
Notice that nothing is going to come in between this babbling brook and its destiny.
Appreciate its movement and natural ability to flow right over any obstacles.
Trying to control the flow by placing pebbles or sticks in its path won't stop it.
See how nature just keeps following its course.
We are all a part of nature and we can all tune into our own inner guidance.
Like the flowers that bend toward the sun.
We see them bending towards us as we walk by.
We're just like these flowers.
We're just like this river.
Let go of should do and clinging and clutching to expectations.
And try opening up to a new creative and fresh idea.
Let your inner knowing flow out in a natural uninterrupted way.
Trust in the process and trust in the universal intelligence in all things.
Now stare into this moving water.
Observe it.
And let it remind you to stay open,
Flexible and spontaneous.
Make a commitment to try new things and to listen to your intuition more and more.
The more you follow that inner voice,
The louder it will become.
Remain open to new opportunities and outcomes.
Let go of your rigid ideas of how things should be.
Let go of limitations.
Try to see all the amazing possibilities as they present themselves to us.
We can't even imagine all that the world has to offer us.
So get out of your own way and just like that stream in the garden,
Go with the natural flow of the universe.
Say to yourself,
I am confident and courageous.
I am happy and healthy.
I am open and flexible.
I listen to my inner voice.
I am relaxed and peaceful.
I am enthusiastic and decisive.
I listen to my body.
I am safe and trusting.
I am creative.
I am aware of my intuition.
I tune into the natural rhythm of the universe.
I am ready for new possibilities.
And when you are ready,
You can return back to the room,
Open your eyes,
Carry this peace and the possibilities for peace through your life.
Namaste.
