Welcome.

Meditation can be an essential instrument in our stress relief and weight loss toolkit.

It has many benefits for everyday life,

Including a more mindful approach to consuming food.

Real change begins in the mind with a thought.

Therefore,

If we combine meditation with affirmations,

Which are positive statements,

They can reprogram the mind by replacing the negative thinking that created the bad health habits.

Remember what Eckhart Tolle said,

Get the inside right and the outside will follow.

So prepare to relax and let these affirmations sink deep into your mind in a very relaxed state anytime you like.

And especially before bedtime or in your bed,

You can happily fall asleep because the subconscious mind never sleeps.

So let's begin by sitting comfortably or just getting into a very comfortable and relaxed position.

Take a deep breath.

Prepare to relax.

This is your time just for you.

Bring your awareness to the very top of your head.

Become aware of the warmth as you relax the top of your head.

Now move your awareness down to your eyes and eyelids and all the tiny muscles that surround your eyes.

Relax and let them go.

Now release your jaw and let it drop open.

Open your arms and hands.

Relax.

Let them go.

Become aware of a tingling in the palms of your hands.

And feel this relaxation begin to move down your body like a wave.

Now become aware of your feet and relax the soles of your feet.

Feel a tingling sensation here,

A pulsation and a warmth.

Now that we are nice and relaxed,

Absorb the following affirmations for health and ideal weight.

I nourish my body with healthy,

Whole,

Fresh food.

I am filled with enthusiasm and energy.

I love to exercise in a way that is fun for me.

I am getting lighter and leaner.

I am willing to change.

I eat to nourish my body.

I release the past and let it go.

My energy is increasing every day.

I am strong and healthy.

I choose to drink more water and stay hydrated.

I love how exercise makes my body and mind feel.

I eat only what I need.

I am healthy and happy.

I love to find fun ways to exercise on a regular basis.

I enjoy eating more fruits and vegetables.

I find healthy ways to comfort myself.

I am getting stronger and slimmer every day.

I eat natural foods.

I am grateful for my health.

I am kind to myself.

I am open to a new way of eating.

I am patient with myself.

I choose foods that truly nourish me.

I choose slowly and mindfully.

I am getting lighter and stronger every day.

I enjoy taking good care of myself.

I can do anything I set my mind to.

I enjoy working out.

I say yes to life.

My actions and behavior support my perfect weight.

I am excited about a new way of being lighter.

I listen to my body.

I see my body as an amazing miracle.

I enjoy a variety of wholesome foods.

Change comes easily to me.

I leave the past behind.

I face both good and bad feelings with ease.

I love and care for my body.

I listen to my intuition.

I welcome new healthy habits.

I love foods that are alive with nutrients.

I allow myself to be happy.

I am grateful for a chance to begin again.

My body self-corrects.

I am relaxed and at peace.

I love the taste of healthy food.

I am ready to shed the burdens of my past.

I see the beauty of my miraculous body.

I arrange my life for the new slim me.

My mind and body are in perfect harmony.

I am happy.
