Rubén started meditating in 1993 and began a daily yoga practice in 1996. Rubén has been teaching yoga since 2005. He is still passionate about practicing, learning, and exploring useful avenues to presence and conscious participation in life. Distractions will happen. The most useful skill is to keep returning to the present moment without strain, struggle, or self-judgment, with a gentle smile. Namaste. loved this. very clear explanation & pronunciation of chakras. I wish the colors were included, but i know them already so was able to visualize with chant.
