This practice is about vices.
And so many times we reach for a vice because we're either trying to avoid something or we're trying to activate something.
So for example,
Does your vice make you more social or maybe it makes you less anxious or more creative or more sexual even.
And what if just what if the version of you that you are without all that is enough underneath all of those vices,
There is a light and there is a power and there is a radiance that the world deserves to see,
But most importantly that you deserve to know.
And from that place there is clarity.
And one of my greatest hopes is that you get to experience that clarity because it is from there that your intuition activates and your life transforms most quickly.
As we begin this practice,
I'd like you to take a deep breath in and a deep breath out just to release any resistance or judgment you may be feeling on yourself or on anyone else.
And again,

Our brains want to run away from this stuff,
But this is where the growth happens.
