Thank you so much for the amazing course! I am an MFT and yoga instructor in Laguna beach ca, and a lot of my clients and students are dealing with so much anxiety (me too sometimes!). I loved all the modules and have been passing on many of the lessons. The one that resonated the most with me was your talk on Work/Life balance and how we should forget that concept and look at it from a modern and practical perspective that is more realistic for most of us these days.
