Root & Grow Qigong: Movement, Breathwork & Meditation

With Wellness Academy

Root & Grow Qigong is a mini course exploring the Wood Element through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. In the Five Elements tradition of Qigong and Chinese philosophy, Wood is associated with growth, flexibility, vitality, and the natural impulse to move forward. Through a simple sequence of flowing practices, you’ll explore these qualities while developing greater awareness of your body, breath, and movement. This mini course is part of our Five Elements Qigong series, with each course offering practices inspired by one of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Wood, and Metal. Come back to these practices whenever you feel the need to move, open, grow, and reconnect with a sense of vitality and direction.
