Meet your Teacher

At Wellness Academy, we provide practical tools to help individuals integrate meditation into their daily lives, combining ancient Eastern wisdom with modern Western science to foster greater balance and clarity. Co-founder Michael brings over 15 years of experience in teaching meditation and self-care practices at St. George's University School of Medicine. He has guided more than 1,000 students in cultivating focus, emotional balance, and inner peace. Certified in Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and other practices, Michael takes a compassionate and accessible approach to meditation, making it approachable for students of all levels.
