Really great practice you can use anywhere.
Any time throughout the day is what's called a physiological sigh.
So the way this works is it's a double inhale.
You breathe in first through the nose to about 60 or 70% effort.
Then you take a second inhale through the mouth like you're trying to suck in a little more air and you're going to actually feel a little tense you're going to feel it in the chest and then you exhale with a really long sigh Ride the sigh out as long as you can.
So it'll look like this.
Ahhhh.
So breathing in through the nose to about 60%.
And then a gap,
A quick sucking of air through the mouth to about another 20,
30.
Some tension in the upper chest,
And then a slight hold at the top of it,
Not long,
Just slight hold.
So let's do a couple of these together and then we'll do some on our own.
So start with your exhale.
And begin.
Ah!
Just do a few more on your own.
Find a rhythm and a pace that works for you.
Ahhhh.
Oh.
Just feel with that exhale like everything just softens and relaxes,
The body,
The mind,
The emotions.
And let's do one more.
AHHHHH!
Just ride that exhale out as long as you can.
So that's just a great,
Great practice you could use anytime,
Anywhere throughout the day just to release any type of.
.
.
Feelings of.
Emotions that you just want to let go of.
Thanks for joining.
