Feeling And Releasing Shame
Learn some basic kinesiology exercise to support today's practice. We will then understand what the emotion of shame is, and how it came to be in your life. Then we move into a practice to shift and release held shame by reparenting yourself through this emotion.
Lección 2
Feeling And Releasing Guilt
In this second lesson, we will address guilt. As you learn how to reparent yourself through the discomfort of guilt, you will begin to see how effective this technique is, and how you can apply it anytime you feel this emotion.
Lección 3
Feeling And Releasing Fear
The final emotion we address in this short course, is that of fear. Learning how to reparent yourself through fear gives you a tool that you can use whenever you feel your nervous system going into fight or flight when there is no real threat.
