Why Anchors Are Important
Typically we are in one of four different states of mind. Each are totally human and natural, the idea of working with anchors comes into play when we are strengthening our present awareness practice to cultivate mindfulness. During this lesson, you will learn why anchors are important and how to shift from each state of mind into present awareness.

How To Use Anchors To Ground
There are many ways to ground into the present moment. In general, there are three anchors that we can use to root us into present awareness. During this lesson you will learn about the anchors and practice them with a mindful meditation.

Continuing Your Mindfulness Practice
Our Mindfulness practice is an ongoing journey that we’re always going to be on. We are forever students, learning and growing in our lives. During this lesson, I will discuss some ways to continue using these mindfulness tools for your meditation practice and everyday mindfulness practice.
